Located in the heart of the future National Park of Burgundy-Champagne hardwood forests and close to many tourist sites, imposing 19th century property comprising two independent villas which benefit from a park planted with hundred-year-old and enclosed trees of 17400m2 not overlooked. screw. In this bucolic, chic and well-kept space, Villa 1892 is an important bourgeois house, known as a mansion. It owes its name to the date of its construction visible on its pediment. Its architecture is typical of the time with its bricks, cut stones, decorations, moldings and woodwork, fully renovated with taste.
You will find all modern comfort in a revisited Belle Époque atmosphere. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen. Living room covered with woodwork with marble fireplace and insert, wood is offered. Large 35m2 living-dining room with 4 panoramic windows opening onto the property's park. Beautiful high ceilings giving volume and elegance to the whole. WC with hand basin. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds, queen size and private bathrooms (walk-in shower and WC). 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, queen size and one bedroom with 2 90x200 beds and two 90X190 bunk beds. Italian bathroom and WC to be shared between these two bedrooms.
Geothermal heating, wood for the fireplace and electricity are included. As well as cleaning, household, bed and bathroom linen. Cot, high chair and baby bath on request.

The fully preserved property also includes a vegetable patch, an orchard, a greenhouse, a dovecote, a kennel, a bread oven and a cooler, all original from the end of the 19th century and which will be quickly renovated with care.

Relaxed stay

We enjoyed the villa very much, it is a good combination of a tasteful decorated old house with modern luxury. The garden has great outdoor seating areas and is fenced which was great for our dog. Nathalie is a very welcoming host. It is a pity that there is no bakery or restaurant in the village, you will need your car for that.

Gorgeous Villa

My husband and I were lucky enough to join in on a family holiday at Nathalie’s villa in Vanvey. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking dinner, relaxing in the living room and catching some late summer sun in the garden. The town of Vanvey is a quiet village and it’s a great getaway for relaxing. It was a perfect stay. Many thanks!!

Rural splendour

We spent a very relaxing two weeks here with two teenage boys. The villa is beautifully appointed and remained cool during the heatwave providing the windows and shutters were closed during the day. We made good use of the BBQ and ping pong table! The house is very near to forests full of wildlife and there is a public swimming pool at a village nearby. Natalie is a wonderful host, from providing a delicious welcome pack to details of places and restaurants to visit, she couldn't have been more helpful. We were lucky enough to be invited to the mini jazz festival evening at the villa opposite (socially distanced of course) which was lovely. I can can thoroughly recommend this place if you enjoy getting away from from it all!

Wonderful place to stay

We LOVED our time at this amazing property. Nathalie, our host, met us when we arrived, despite arriving 4 hours later than expected! The gift basket that she has was perfect for our family, and she also ensured we had the baby bed already set up for us. She showed us where there were bikes for the kids (and adults), where we could find the outdoor sporting things, and where everything we might need would be. During our time I had to message her a few times and she was always quick to respond. We went to a nearby town for groceries and restaurants. But the National Park was just down the road and we loved to be able to ride the bikes and see the beauty of nature! We would be happy to come back here again some day!

VILLA 1892 this is an extraordinary house.

It is very tastefully and nicely decorated. There was nothing that we missed. My wife and I as well as our 4 adult children, some with their friends, a total of 8 people, we all felt very comfortable. The weather in August 2021 was far from ideal. Nevertheless, we could always go to the wonderful park to play or have a barbecue. Even if we couldn't go outside, we had enough space in the house so that we didn't feel cramped. Vanvey is a small and traditional village out of the picture. We liked to stroll through its streets in the evening. Or cycling past the stately wheat fields in the area. For us, the holidays here were a special experience with fond memories.

The perfect country stay in France

Simply put: this is the best stay we have had in France (or anywhere else) and we have spent a total of about ten months in France over four holidays to France. This is a large villa with beautiful decoration,beautifully renovated. and private ,but with a lot of space in the large garden. acreage. The location is wonderfully peaceful just outside a quiet little village that takes you back in time as it is not at all touristy and seems to have retained its traditional and ancient charm .It is near many interesting things to do and visit ,such as Fontenay Abbey.It is not far from a few villages with many shops and supermarkets. There is a large forest nearby to explore and a gorgeous river running through the rear of the village . We were disappointed we had not booked this for far longer as we felt we had simply slipped back in time and into luxury and escaped all our worldly pressures. Brett and family

Wir sind glücklich, solch einen Schatz entdeckt zu haben.Moderne Küche, schicke Bäder, super WLAN, hervorragende Ausstattung, und trotzdem überall der Charme einer alten Villa zu sehen und zu spüren. Fließen Mosaik, altes Geschirr, Möbel,...Herrlicher gepflegter riesiger Garten mit unendlich vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Und dazu noch eine perfekte Gastgeberin, der das Wohlbefinden Ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Zurückhaltend aber immer ansprechbar bei Fragen. Und unglaublich hilfsbereit.Der Parc National Foret ist traumhaft, Dijon, die Abbaye de Fontaneau und Chattillon sur Seine sind einen Ausflug wert.Wir haben die 9 Tage sehr genossen! Großartig! Wir hatten 14 wunderbare Tage in Vanvey in der Bourgogne. Das Quartier ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe auch für Details ausgestattet. Nathalie, unsere Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns auch sehr schöne Empfehlungen gegeben. Der zur Villa gehörende Park ist sehr einladend. Es gibt für die Jugend Tischtennisplatte und wir hatten auch ein Volleyballnetz mit. Ein 5 Sterne +

C´était magnifique

Die Gastgeberin Natalie war schon in der Kommunikation im Vorfeld sehr entgegenkommend, offen und sehr herzlich. Wir fuhren mit einem guten Gefühl hin. Angekommen übertraf die Villa und das Grundstück alle unsere Erwartungen - es sah noch viel schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Die Woche war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis für uns alle. Das verdanken wir vorallem der unglaublichen schönen und gut gepflegten Anlage und stilvoll eingerichtete Villa ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Dazu kam dass die sehr dünn besiedelte Umgebung insbesondere uns Stadtmenschen eine fast heilsame Wirkung hatte. Die Gastgeberin hatte auch Fahrräder da, die wir benutzen konnten (2 Kinderräder und Helme) sowie eine Feuerschale. Wir werden ganz sicher nocheinmal die Villa buchen. Rundum eine unvergessliche Urlaubserfahrung - auch für unseren Hund!

Perfect family vacation

We stayed in the Villa with family we haven’t seen in 2 years and had a wonderful time. It’s located ideally for visiting the cities of Dijon and Troyes, enjoying the champagne region as well as some other speciality wines. The house itself has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday, but retains its historic charm. We would definitely recommend :)

Absolutely Fabulous

The Park Villa is spaceous and beautiful and the furniture and interior is pulled together with excellent taste. It is located in a huge park with trees and plants and many possibilities to sit and enjoy or do a barbecue or play ball games. This is a perfect retreat for people who love nature and nice architecture. You need a car there to buy groceries and get around a little. There is plenty to see and do within 35 Miles including wineyards and historical sites and abbeyes. We loved an ebike tour through Chablis Wineyards, the beautiful abbey of Fontenaye and the little village, where Renoir was living and painting.

Le parc est superbe et permet de profiter du calme de la campagne. Nathalie nous a réservé un excellent accueil et a pris soin de préparer notre séjour en nous conseillant sur les visites, sorties et activités proposées dans les environs et facilitées par les vélos mis à disposition. La maison est tout simplement superbe et parfaitement équipée. Le parc de la maison sécurisé a offert à nos enfants un grand espace de liberté et les vélos mis à disposition ont permis à mon fils de 4 ans d'y réussir à faire du vélo sans petite roue ! Au calme la maison nous à permis de faire de belles ballades en forêt et dans les champs. Enfin Nathalie nous a parfaitement accueilli et donné de multiples conseils sur les choses à faire dans les environs. Un grand merci le séjour était top !

En amont de nos vacances, Nathalie a su nous recommander de bonnes adresses malgré les conditions sanitaires, complété par un livret d'accueil très complet ; pendant notre séjour, elle a été tout aussi réactive pour répondre à nos questions. Très bon séjour avec un excellent accueil

La propriété est extrêmement agréable, avec un grand jardin, très bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Nous l'avons expérimentée en famille avec trois enfants en bas âge puis avec des amis pour un mariage. La demeure était parfaite pour les deux formats. L'hôte est très aimable et a grandement facilité notre séjour, nous prêtant des vélos pour nos filles et nous recommandant des lieux pour les courses et les activités. Notre départ avec nos amis a également été des plus simples. Je recommande fortement cette belle propriété pour tout type de vacances ou événement.
