Holiday home located near the departmental road linking Saint-Quay Portrieux to Paimpol, in the town of Plouha. 500m from a Carrefour Market, 1km from the village of Plouha (market every Wednesday morning). 3 min by car from Bonaparte beach, 30 min from the pier for Ile de Bréhat.
A closed courtyard, a veranda, a kitchen with adjoining toilets, a living room of 25m2 (dining room plus living room).
Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room and toilet.
The living room sofa converts into a double bed.
An oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge, a stereo, internet.
Garden furniture and barbecue.
Baby equipment available (cot, high chair, small bath)
25% of the sum on account.
