Elegant recent Provencal Mas of 250m2 backed on its hill of 1 hectare 300 in the middle of lavender, oaks and olive-trees.
Very comfortable with high end finishes. The house has a summer dining room and a beautiful terrace with garden.
On the ground floor: a large dining kitchen with fireplace, a dining room for 10 people, a lounge and fireplace; 2 bedrooms with their bathroom, one with its own terrace, laundry.
On the floor: 3 rooms with a room of bath and a room of water, an office.
Pool (13x4.5) secured with electric shutters.
