A little piece of heaven on Earth

Grand mère Janine and Corado made us feel very welcome. The gîte has everything your heart could desire, and all beautifully curated. We loved eating on the terrace, even in the rain, just taking in the peace and quiet, listening to the myriad of bird song. Well placed and easy to get to Niort and the Marais Poitevin. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. If only all gîtes were to this standard! Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us.

Two-night stay to visit a local relative

Lovely house, although a bit difficult to find at first. Loads of outside space and plenty of room inside. Individually furnished with many "objets d'art", many quite individual and some probably quite valuable, so art lovers with taste will love it, but not suitable for small children. Quite dark inside - would benefit from brighter lighting perhaps. And the main bedroom area is not totally separated off although that probably won't bother most. Overall we loved it and may well be back.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très confortable, aménagé et meublé avec gout. Le propriétaire est très sympa et avait tout prévu pour notre accueil. La literie est excellente. Il ne manque rien. A la belle saison, les aménagements extérieurs (plusieurs terrasse), sont vraiment très très agréables. Je recommande.
