Single house with large garden shaded by pines, carob trees and mastic. The property has 4 bedrooms including 2 double, 3 bathrooms (1 bathroom and a double in the annex with separate entrance) large living room, kitchen.
Outside: Outside shower, a terrace next to the kitchen where you can have breakfast and have meals, furnished with wooden table for eight seats. Patio, adjoining the living room, furnished with a wooden table with four seats. Barbecue on the terrace next to the kitchen.
Services: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, SAT TV (Hortobird), air conditioning in the upper double room, high room for boys, low room for boys.

Communal pool with opening and schedules regulated by the condominium. Approximate opening 1st July - Approximate closing 15 September

You reach the sea which is about 150 m. and the fine sandy beach which is about 200 m. from the property, either by car or on foot, without crossing the provincial road

Lovely villa in a beautiful location

We stayed at this charming villa for 3 weeks and had a great time. Amazing location with beautiful views of the bay, great beaches nearby within walking distance and in the local area. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our larger family including an independent annex. Outside areas are perfect for al fresco dining and evening drinks. Very clean kitchen, indoor and outdoor showers, so perfect for a family holiday. Piero and his wife were so lovely and were really great and helpful hosts and were so kind to us on the day we left. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this Villa.

Great property in amazing location!

We had an amazing stay at Porto sa ruxi. The house is great and as described - lots of room for our family of 4 adults and 2 young children. The place was well equipped with everything we could need. The view to the water is absolutely stunning and better than the pictures, and the beach itself is so lovely and quite quiet at our time of visiting (late May). We found it great value for money and would highly recommend! Something to consider is that there are a lot of steps and some areas of high drops without balustrading so if you have young toddlers safety may be an issue depending on your kids. We were also a bit disappointed to find there was no wifi. I'm sure the listing stated that there was wifi at the time of booking, but seems to be removed now. Overall it didn't matter and we had such a lovely stay regardless. Thanks Pierro and Bruna!

Posizione della casa molto bella con bellissima vista mare dal patio dove usualmente cenavamo e a due passi dalle belle spiagge sottostanti. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Bella casa ma con arredamento auspicabilmente da rinnovare in particolare la cucina. Difficoltà con il wifi che ha funzionato purtroppo solo la prima settimana. Sarebbe inoltre opportuno che il contratto con il locatore venisse condiviso in anticipo da VRBO per avere una idea chiara dei costi aggiuntivi quali pulizia finale, consumo energia elettrica e cambio biancheria obbligatorio a pagamento a settimana gestito da una società esterna con il divieto di lavarla in proprio nella lavatrice di casa. Il ritiro giornaliero della spazzatura differenziata sotto casa è prestabilito dal comune. E' inevitabile che ci siano rifiuti dell'ultimo giorno e dunque sarebbe opportuno che lo smaltimento finale fosse coordinato da parte del proprietario in modo da non gravare sull'ospite in partenza. In conclusione è stata una bella vacanza in un bellissimo posto che sarebbe stata davvero perfetta con gli aggiustamenti suggeriti.

Ruhige Lage mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Bucht und das Meer, Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet und verfügt über ausreichend Räumlichkeiten, um sich auch bei mehreren Personen nicht zu stören. Saubere und gut gepflegte Anlage und sehr netter und herzlicher Vermieter. Vielen Dank Piero und Bruno, wir haben uns willkommen und äusserst wohl gefühlt bei euch. Gerne wieder. Posizione tranquilla con una splendida vista sulla baia e sul mare, la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi. La sistemazione è ben attrezzata e dispone di spazi sufficienti per non disturbarsi anche con più persone. Struttura pulita e ben curata e proprietario molto gentile e accogliente. Grazie mille Piero e Bruno, ci siamo sentiti benvenuti e ci siamo trovati estremamente bene da voi. Volentieri torneremo.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen zu Gast - alsI Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern und Schwiegerkindern. Für uns war es perfekt, vor allem, da das Haus über 3 Bäder samt Duschen verfügt, sodass jedes Paar seinen eigenen Bereich und Privatsphäre hatte. Die Terassen sind sehr schön mit großartiger Sicht aufs Meer, den man bei etwas schlechterem Wetter auch vom Wohnzimmer aus durch die große Fensterfront genießen kann. Der Strand von Porto sa Ruxi ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein kleine Wanderung oder längerer Spaziergang zu der vom Haus aus sichtbaren Nuraghe lohnt sich ebenfalls. In der Nähe gibt es einige schöne Ziele. Das Vermieterpaar Piero und Bruna haben uns sehr nett empfangen und alles erklärt. Eine Flasche Wein, Pane Carasau und Wasser standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Auch mussten wir nicht bis 16 Uhr warten, unser Flug kam früh an und wir konnten das Haus schon um 11:00 Uhr beziehen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Casa veramente fantastica e accogliente con un panorama mozzafiato con vista sulla spiaggia di Porto sa ruxi....proprietari davvero fantastici,simpatici e disponibilissimi. La vicinanza dal mare è stata davvero apprezzata sopratutto con la bimba piccola potevamo raggiungere la spiaggia comodamente anche col passeggino. Direi esperienza da rifare e consiglio questa villa a chi vuole passare una vacanza rilassante e tranquilla.

Super Lage, ca. 3 Gehminuten zum Stand, herrliche Aussicht die zum Genießen einlädt. Schönes geräumiges Haus, leider etwas viele Treppen. Haus ist gepflegt und die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön und das nächst grössere Dorf (Villasimius) ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr viele schöne Strände in nächster Umgebung. Traumhafte Aussichten, Strandnähe und mit Klima-Anlage

Wir haben mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder) das zweite Mal Urlaub auf Sardinien gemacht. Dieses Mal waren wir im wunderschönen Südosten in der Region Villasimius. Der Ausblick von einer der beiden Terrassen des Objekts ist fantastisch mit Blick auf die Badebucht, die zu Fuß in ca. 10 min erreicht wird. Die zweite Terrasse bietet beim Abendessen Schatten und ist von der Küche schnell erreichbar. Drei Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die wir in diesem Sommer tatsächlich einschalten mussten. Am Abreisetag waren es um 6 Uhr morgens noch 28°C. Unser Ansprechpartner Piero war sehr kommunikativ und dank Handy-Übersetzung konnte alle notwendigen Informationen gut ausgetauscht werden. Piero und seine Frau haben wir als vertrauensvolle Vermieter kennen- und schätzen gelernt. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube

Die Vermieter waren super freundlich, jederzeit für uns da und auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Reise war richtig hilfreich. Das Ferienhaus ist toll und bietet ausreichend Platz für 9 Personen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche und 2 Kinder. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top. In ca. 150-200 m ist man an einem schönen Strand, aber von denen hat Sardinien eh einige zu bieten. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück auf der kleinen Terasse (es gibt eine weitere große) war traumhaft. Traumurlaub in wunderschönem Haus

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Piero und Bruna für den freundlichen Empfang, die geniale Kommunikation über das Handy ☺ und für alles andere! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer, Traumstrand, das Haus mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Super sind die Insektenschutzgitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern! Die Außendusche ist perfekt, damit man keinen Sand in's Haus trägt. Die zwei Terrassen sind mit sehr guten Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Liegestühle im Garten und auf der Terrasse. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und zwei Teenager. Das Haus war perfekt für uns. Den Pool haben wir aufgrund des tollen Strandes nicht ein Mal genutzt. Wir würden sofort wieder Urlaub in diesem Haus machen.

Maison très bien située et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Piero. La piscine du condominimum est toute proche (mais pas de bruit), et la plage est vraiment magnifique et accessible à pied. Il y a tout le confort dans la maison, pour des vacances sans souci et sans contraintes. Piero et son épouse sont charmants et accueillants.

Merci pour ces belles vacances!!

Piero et Bruna sont des personnes charmantes qui vous accueillent avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Ils feront tous pour que vous soyez bien installés et vous traitent comme des amis de longue date (ce que l'on a rapidement envie de devenir). Pour ceux qui ne parlent pas italien, un outil de type "Google trad" est nécessaire et parfait pour échanger (beaucoup de rires à prévoir). Leur maison, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Porto Ruxi est bien équipée et bien agencée. Cela permet de passer des vacances en groupe tout en conservant une part d'intimité. Elle est située dans un résidence privée avec une grande piscine surveillée ( 1 mn de marche) et permet d'accéder à pied à une plage de sable fin aux eaux cristallines ( 7mn de marche). Elle est conforme à la description. Piero, Bruna, merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse qui nous ont permis de passer de belles vacances. A bientôt!

Das Haus ist in schöner und ruhiger Lage, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeber haben uns gleich freundlich mit einer Flasche Wein empfangen und mit wichtigen Infos versorgt. Der Strand ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Pool ist wenige Meter von Haus entfernt, nur ist dieser Kostenpflichtig 1 EUR pro Tag pro Person was eigentlich nicht die Welt ist, muss man halt nur vorher wissen ! Ansonsten war das ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden Piero auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen !

wie wurden sehr freundlich von Bruna und Piero empfangen. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, es ist sehr sauber und für zwei Familien perfekt. Die zwei Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Blick auf das fantastische Meer sind super. Der Strand, der leicht zu Fuss erreichbar ist, war der schönste den wir in den 10 Tagen finden konnten. Ein kleines Städtchen ist in der Nähe. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und sehr schön. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. siamo stati accolti molto gentilmente da Bruna e Piero. Nella casa tutto è veramente presente, è molto pulito e perfetto per due famiglie. I due posti a sedere con vista sul fantastico mare sono fantastici. La spiaggia, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, è stata la più bella che abbiamo trovato in 10 giorni. Una piccola città è vicina. I dintorni sono tranquilli e molto belli. Possiamo solo raccomandare la casa.

Alles klasse!!!

Wir hatten mit zwei Familien eine tolle Zeit. Die Aufteilung war für uns 7 Personen sehr gut. Auch bei Regen hat man von der Terrasse oder aus dem Wohnzimmer einen wunderschönen Ausblick! Vielen Dank!!!
