Luke is a fantastic host and the house is in a perfect location. Short walk or bike ride to town and several beaches. Around the corner from the Shelter Island Ferry. Very comfortable and beautifully appointed.

Greenport Gem

Brand new renovation. Everything brand new. Great location in Greenport. Easy walk to beach at end of street. Ferry to Shelter Island and South Fork, or even ferry across the sound to Conn very easy to get to. Had a great time exploring the area. House was perfect for our needs.

A perfect stay in a wonderful neighborhood!

I highly recommend this home. The space is newly renovated and features modern, calming decor. It truly looks better than the pictures! The home is very well-equipped, including all you need for cooking and for a trip to the beach (towels, chairs, etc.). The house is also very well situated. You can walk to the beach or into town in less than 10 minutes. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet, and the backyard and front porch are perfect for enjoying time outdoors. Luke is a great host. He is very responsive to questions and requests and is a pleasure to coordinate with. I look forward to returning to this home when I visit Greenport next time!

A Wonderful Stay in Greenport

We are visitors familiar with the lovely town of Greenport and specifically, the location of this property, which is perfect. It's great to be within walking distance of a sweet little beach, as well as to town, the ferry to Shelter Island and the train station. The apartment was very clean, sunny, and therefore, cheery with lots of windows that also let in a nice breeze when needed. The website photos accurately depict the property, though the bedroom with the crib now has 2 single beds instead, and the backyard is equipped with table and chairs. The A/C/heat and hot water, as well as the W/D work terrifically. There was plenty of closet and storage space for the 2 of us. The owners have also left comfortable beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for use, so no need to lug those with you! Check-in was simple and Luke was a pleasant communicator. He readily agreed to our request that the property be left unoccupied by renters and cleaning staff for 3 days prior to our arrival due to Covid, greatly increasing our comfort level right from the start. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and look forward to our next visit to Greenport.

Beautiful place

The unit was recently renovated and it shows. Great appliances and furniture, very clean, tons of natural light, super comfortable beds. Quick walk to town and the beach and a wonderful backyard with a table. Highly recommend.
