Ideal setting that immerses you in the heart of the vineyards. Located close to St Emilion and Bergerac. This beautiful house of 200 m2 will be ideal for your stays with family or friends. Renovated 2017/2018
19th century detached house, equipped kitchen, very large living-dining room with a wine cellar made available with the wines of our properties to enhance your meals. On the ground floor 1 bedroom with bathroom and upstairs 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a reading area with a library on the landing.
You can enjoy the outdoors with a terrace equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
