Bright villa at the bottom of a dead end, quiet, located in the heart of the old village (10 minutes by car from Montpellier)
The house is close to nature (swimming lake at 1 / 4h, river in the gorges of Herault, canoeing, caves nearby)
The beach is about 25 minutes
The city of Saint-Gély-du-Fesc, which already has a multitude of shops, has recently been equipped with a cinema
The house has a furnished terrace, with table, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs
All small shops: bakery, butcher, supermarket are less than 2 minutes walk
Quiet villa because at the end of a dead end, at the edge of a small stream
I leave the games of my children available for those who wish
