Stately ★ Modern ★ Elegant ★This listing is one of four in The Tenant House. This completely restored one bedroom, one bathroom unit has a remote control fireplace, Juliet balcony, original hardwood flooring, a beautiful patio, and all the amenities one could ask for. Located across from the Richmond Visitors Center, it is within walking distance of the downtown area, parks, and EKU. The laundry, an outdoor patio, and recreational area are all shared spaces. This is an upstairs unit.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Very cozy and welcoming environment! Nice set up for a couple-bathroom in hallway vs IN MBR, which was ok, cut down in noice in middle of night. Walls a little thin but not too bad; could hear walking and doors opening and closing and could tell what was being cooked in other apartments (from below??)Not sure how I missed that there were stairs into ours. Not a big deal just added to ability to be quiet up and down stairs. But front stairs MUCH easier to navigate than back stairs. All in all, very nice accommodations with all the necessaries for a convenient and comfortable stay! Thank you to our hosts!

Excellent Location to Downtown Richmond

Walking distance to everything that downtown has to offer. Several breweries and restaurants that were a hit for us! The unit has everything that you need and is so spacious.
