This home is placed on top of a hill in the Dutchtown neighborhood of St. Louis with a large, gated backyard, full kitchen, theater, and private pool. 3600 square feet home (2600 square feet living area, and 1000 square foot carpeted basement with theater).

Guests have access to entire home, costume closet, and backyard. Step into your own whimsical world when you enter the backyard, with winding walkways, fairy tale lighting, comfortable seating, and unique garden decor. You can park cars in the backyard, if you want. Home has 6 televisions with cable TV, 2 full bathrooms, and 4 heated queen beds. Additional beds include: 1 unheated queen bed, 1 full bed, 3 twin beds, a pullout bed, and a pack and play crib. Every bedroom has a fan.

There is a theater in the carpeted basement with Netflix, Hulu, STARZ on Demand, HBO, and Amazon Prime available for guest use. There are many books for reading and plenty of cozy couches for guests to relax and enjoy. Rest easy while you stay here. Property includes a security system with in and out camera.

Amazing house!!!

This was one of our favorite Vrbos ever! Such a cool house, every room has its own theme, cool vintage furniture, and tons of beds and space. Highly recommended!

Erik has a great home that accommodated all of us with plenty of room. Erik was also a very responsive and attentive host. He gave us a tour of his home upon check in to ensure we have everything we needed for our stay.

A welcoming spot that's close to everything.

We were at an event in Tower Grove Park and the 2mi drive from here was easy. We also noticed we were close to many other area attractions. The host met us to show all the amenities at check in. The house has everything. Even if you forgot something, the house had it. Awesome stay!

Home away from home

This property was more than a home away from home. From the meeting with the host for a tour of the interior and exterior we were overwhelmed with his hospitality. He made everything manageable each area of the house was prepared for a comfortable stay. And so it was.....we are looking forward staying in this same home if available next year. 5 🤩

Amazing!

We had an amazing time celebrating 2 birthdays and one congratulations party for our new kindergartener teacher friend! Erik was very good at communicating with us the entire trip! The check in and out process was cake! He always gives great quality intros and quick tours upon arrival. He is kind and always makes sure to take good care of us. If there was anything we needed he made sure he accommodated us accordingly. The only thing we would change as a group would be a little bigger space in the back yard as it accommodates 24 people. Thank you Erik, another great stay away from home!!! We are already looking forward to the next one!!!

Bachelorette party

There were finger nails from previous guests on night stands which was gross, I asked the owner if it was a bad part of town and he said he never had no problems. But I do not reccomend a group of girls to stay here. It felt very unsafe. The local gas station clerk told us to get out stuff and get out cause it is not a place for us

Not quite as expected

The host was great and very accommodating. That being said- The pictures of the home are not indicative of the current condition of the home. The stairs are uneven and small, we had to go down sideways to avoid losing our balance. There is furniture everywhere, you have to move sideways through the dining area and a few of the bedrooms. My legs are bruised from banging into tables and the footboard. The bathrooms are small, if you’re over 5’2 you’ll be sitting sideways on the upstairs toilet. The backyard was not level and there are no lounge chairs to actually lounge near the pool. The pool has several patches along the bottom and the edges are rusty. Countertop in the kitchen is also patched up. The only consistent thing is the angel wings everywhere. The rest of the house is hodgepodged, a bunch of odds n ends kind of tossed together. The area is a bit sketchy as well.

A+ Property

My fiance and I rented this property for our bachelor/bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! There is plenty of space for guests to sleep and lots of living area seating for people to relax. Erik was incredibly communicative and hospitable. The check-in / check-out process was simple and quick. Overall tremendous experience and we hope to rent this property again in the future!

Haven’t seen a lot of out town family since before covid and my house isn’t big enough to sleep everyone so this bnb was perfect. Erik is super nice and knowledgeable and he had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Great place for large groups

This is a perfect space for large groups as it has a TON of sleeping space. The home is large and decoration eclectic :) The outside space is fun and inviting and the little one enjoyed the pool! That said, the area/location was close enough to the ball park to be a good spot for us, but not exactly a "nice" area. There was some confusion with the reservation and charges, but Erik handled it professionally and was always quick to respond to me throughout the reservation process.
