Nous sommes venues passer 3 jours à Roses. Le sejours s est bien passé. Ideal en septembre car moins de monde qu en été et il faisait beau. L appartement est bien situé, proche de la plage et des restaurants. Nous avons passé un bon moment. L appartement est propre, lumineux et fonctionnel. Silvia est tres gentille et nous a donné toutes les indications nécessaires. Merci

Wir sind eine 5 köpfige Familie. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. In grosser Not war sie sofort für uns da. Die Wohnung ist teilweise sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Vieles alt und kaputt. Auch die Sauberkeit der Waschmaschine und des Küchen equipment liesen zu wünschen übrig. Ebenso die Duschkabiene. Die Lage ist hervorragend, wenn man sich in der Ferienzeit auf Lärm und ständige Parkplatz suche einlassen kann. Der Strand ist super nah und sauber. Land und Leute sind unheimlich nett. Wir kommen wieder nach Roses aber in ein Ferienhaus.

Appartement propre et bien agencé Situé tout près de la plage et des commerces et des restaurants. Silvia est une hôte sympathique et réactive. Elle répond rapidement à nos questions. Nous avons pu nous baigner tous les jours et c’était très agréable.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Appartement très bien situé à environ 150m de la plage. Nombreux commerces/restaurants à proximité. Avec les services inclus (wifi, linge de lit, serviettes), ça en fait une location intéressante à Santa Margarida. La photo montrant la vue de face du balcon vers la montagne n’est plus d’actualité, une résidence a été construite… mais la vue latérale sur la mer est bien là ! Silvia est toujours disponible par messagerie et réactive. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
