Come spend a relaxing time at our Tenant House... Clean, simple, and comfortable. Have a unique stay at Muddy Boots petting farm where the front porch overlooks the farm, and there's a back porch and a fire ring for hanging out and enjoying some "kick back" time. Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, and 2 full beds), Wi-Fi, smart TV, DVD player, and many movies to choose from. Kitchen includes range, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, etc. We do not provide any food items, so be sure to bring your own eats. There is a nice grocery store nearby. Bathrooms include towels and wash cloths. We will do our best to make your stay memorable.

Additional people, more than 10 are welcome, but will require a $65 per person per night fee, with a max of 5 additional people. This fee will be arranged with the owner at the time of check-in.

Also available during our open season, (May - October) you may enjoy access to our Muddy Boots petting farm throughout your stay, with a one time admission fee during open hours. To find more information about our petting farm, please visit us at www.muddyboots.farm.

Everything! This was an absolutely marveleous place to stay. The animals, the scenery, the house were all just great. I was with my adult children and my sister, and we all had a wonderful time. This was an AMAZING experience! Muddy Boots is a very peaceful and entertaining property! The tenant house was very clean and spacious! The farm animals were very well cared for and the dogs that would visit daily were absolutely wonderful and very friendly! I would highly recommend this property and plan to visit again in the future!

Beautiful Home and Property

We had a great stay in Laurelville! We met up with some friends and had plenty of space for our 2 families. The upstairs bedrooms were massive and gave the kids plenty of space to play. The home was nice then pictures depicted. The outside space was wonderful as well! The 2 porch’s were utilized with our group, along with the charcoal grill! The kids also loved seeing all of the unique animals around. The hosts were great as well! Would definitely recommend this place!

Great Family weekend

This was the best weekend with family. The boys ages 3 & 5 loved feeding all the animals. The farm was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. The Hocking Hills were so close we enjoyed walks and exploring together. Thanks for a Perfect Family Getaway :)
