Logement agrĂ©able, propre et plutĂŽt bien situĂ©. Nous somme parti Ă  6 jeunes (18ans) et avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jours. PropriĂ©taire trĂšs sympathique qui nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse et qui Ă©tait disponible tout le long de notre sĂ©jour. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement. Seul bĂ©mol reste qu’il se trouve un peu loin de tout Ă  pieds mais avec la voiture c’est bon. C’est un 10/10 pour nous

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par les 2 propriĂ©taires trĂšs agrĂ©ables, qui Ă©taient pleins d’attentions et toujours disponibles si nous avions questions ou soucis. L’appartement Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs propre, vaisselles importantes (comme Ă  la maison). La climatisation Ă©tait trĂšs utile en pĂ©riode de chaleur. Le seul point d’attention est la localisation un peu Ă©loignĂ©e ( 20 mn voiture ou 40 mn bus) du centre ville. C’est une trĂšs belle rĂ©gion Ă  dĂ©couvrir en famille ou entre amis.

Petit bĂ©mol, nous n’étions pas au courant que les fĂȘtes du quartier se dĂ©roulaient durant notre sĂ©jour et nous aurions aimĂ© ĂȘtre au courant que les gens du comitĂ© des fĂȘtes allaient avoir la clĂ© du portillon et allaient entrer et sortir dans la location.

J’ai passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette location que j’avais dĂ©jĂ  louĂ©e Le quartier est calme, bien situĂ© pour accĂ©der au centre ville et aux plages Ă  pieds. Le logement est confortable, la terrasse et le petit jardin agrĂ©ables. Le tout trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Jean nous a super bien accueillis dans son rez de maison, habitant avec sa femme au dessus, trĂšs sympathique. Joli jardin et trĂšs bon emplacement par rapport Ă  la vie de Cap-Breton et Hossegor.

PropriĂ©taire trĂšs accueillant et cordiale. Le logement est propre et convenable. Seul problĂšme, c'est le fait que le propriĂ©taire habite au dessus, alors que sur l'annonce ce n'est mentionnĂ© nul part. C'est mĂȘme notĂ© logement entier. TrĂšs belle rĂ©gion, envie d'y retourner.

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© nos vacances Ă  CapBreton chez Jean et Jeanette, tout d’abord enchantĂ©s de rencontrer nos deux hĂŽtes bienveillants qui nous ont tres bien accueillis et donnĂ© de bons conseils tout au long du sĂ©jour. La maison Ă©tait trĂšs trĂšs calme, avec un joli petit jardin trĂšs agrĂ©able pour les enfants et pour les bbq le soir entre amis, a 10 min en vĂ©los des plages Santocha et centrale. Nous occupions le rdc de leur maison familiale, qui est trĂšs fonctionnel, avec 2 belles chambres, et mĂȘme un espace avec clic clac pour recevoir. Nous avons surtout sympathisĂ© avec Jean et Jeanette qui sont d’une extrĂȘme gentillesse. Merci encore Ă  vous 2!. Edwige et GaĂ«tan
