Catamount 206B - One Bedroom Residence

This slopeside residence offers a great room with a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa, a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a dining table for six. Additional features include a master suite with a king size bed and attached bathroom with dual vanities and a soaker tub, as well as a stackable washer/dryer. This one-bedroom is a lock-off and can be joined to the adjacent residence to create a two-bedroom unit.
Guests will enjoy Village views from the terrace as well as the convenience of staying in The Village at Northstar, steps from Northstar California ski resort, dining, shopping, skating, movies and more. Catamount and Big Horn Lodges are closest to the gondola.
Village at Northstar guests staying in a junior suite through four-bedroom residence receive complimentary parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is on a first-come, first-served basis when vehicles are on the property and are not guaranteed.
Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional, or negligent damage.

Excellent Location and Very convient

This condo was so perfect for our ski trip. The location was really convenient with hot tub downstairs, locker rooms for ski gear and right next to gondola!

Winter getaway

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything you would need to be comfortable away from home. Centrally located in the village and close to restaurants. We will definitely come back!

This was by far the nicest, accommodating, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bed with a spacious room& bathroom. It was so nice to have an extra bathroom & washer/dryer. The weather allowed us to enjoy the large, clean pool & hot tub. Everyone was so helpful around the resort. The hiking at the resort was amazing with breathtaking views. I highly recommend to anyone to plan a trip here as well as choose this residence. Thank You for allowing us to enjoy this incredible place & fabulous residence.

Great location to the Gondola

You cannot beat the location to Northstar's main Gondola lift. The room is clean with a full kitchen, living room, tv, and dining area. The bedroom has a king bed and a separate twin bed with a second pull out twin bed. Plenty of space. Plenty of drawer space and closet space. Bathroom is spacious. Indoor ski locker and indoor parking space. Great stay!
