This is a spacious studio with parking, rated 1 star by the tourist office, accommodating 4 people, with a southwest-facing balcony overlooking the coast, and fully equipped. A small bike storage area is also available. It features a large room with a comfortable fold-out bed for 2 people, a pull-out sofa bed with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed, and a cot. It’s ideally located for exploring everything on foot. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, etc. The bathroom features a bathtub and a washing machine. You can enjoy breakfast on the balcony. You just need to cross the street to get to the beach. The pedestrian street and the market are a 5-minute walk away, as are restaurants and shops. The city centre is 2.5 km away. A thalassotherapy centre is a 10-minute walk away, and the forest is 15 minutes away. There are plenty of activities for children (tennis, windsurfing, fishing, catamaran sailing, golf, horseback riding, bike paths, a carousel... etc. Places to visit: Île Dieu, Noirmoutier, the salt marshes, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie... etc. The seaside resort is located 1 hour from Nantes.

Location bon rapport qualité prix

On a passer un bon séjour on est prêt de l esplanade et de la rue principale et restaurant vue agréable du balcon sur la nature face mer très bien la location est très bien également les propriétaires sont très gentils on ne manquait de rien
