great property ,located on the back country ,just about 2.5 miles from I-75 , 1 bed ,1 bath ,kitchen , living area , small patio ,this is on a private property , no party allowed , anyone disturbing the piece will lose the money and have to vacay the property .very nice and clean, sofa bed and king bed ,great for families of 4 very quiet , very close to Fort Myers and Sanibel , enjoy the sunny Florida staying with us , snow birds welcome ,long term rent welcome

North ft Myer

Our stay at your place was good. Even though your place is out of town a short distance, the drive to N Ft. Myers, Cape Coral & Ft Myers was very easy. And the quiet setting was very enjoyable. (We didn't mind the roosters:) !! Your place is extremely clean and was the perfect accommodations for a couple. With only one small issue there for the week, it was taken care of quickly. The long walk to carry our items to the house may be a factor for some older people but we had a collapsible cart & it worked great in getting our stuff to the house. You could use some tub grips on the tub floor as well as a grab bar it assist get into the tub. Good luck with your rentals. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Not For Everyone But Worked For Me

I stayed at this guest house with a buddy of mine while we were doing a golf trip in the area. The location was honestly not far off the highway but it is a country setting. The guest house is located in the owner's backyard where you park in their driveway and walk through the back door to the guest house. The guest house was described perfectly and the owner takes a lot of pride to make the place nice and livable. We did not stay around the property much during the day since we were playing golf, but for my buddy and I it worked just fine. The owner responded to call my questions and was very nice to deal with. I would stay here again if I was going to do a golf trip and not spend a lot of time at the guest house.

Nice Guest House

This is a nice property and great for a couple like us. The bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. It has a nice little back porch/deck with lawn chairs and table. The TV streams and the reception was not great even on local channels. The biggest drawback is the distance from the guest parking to the actual guest house. There is no driveway or sidewalk. An older slightly disabled person would have a terrible time with luggage and traversing the distance to come and go.

Already reviewed this property as we stayed the previous week also. The place is really nice and quiet. Has a good location to shopping and interstate to get around easy. The TV since it streams froze up quite a bit. The biggest drawback is the distance from guest parking to the house. Even if it had a sidewalk it would be better. Enjoyed our stay very much. Wish it was bigger because I would book again with more family!

Lovely guest cottage

We enjoyed our stay very much. A few glitches when we first arrived but they were dealt with very quickly. Television system was unusual for us and that led to some problems but we always got a quick reply. The area is semi-rural and quiet which suited us perfectly. There is easy access to I75 within ten minutes and shopping is nearby.
