TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a comfortable sofa and wide-screen TV for viewing by all family members. The dining area will seat 6 guests and the kitchen counter will seat 3. A spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is well-stocked for preparing meals. There is a half bath on this floor. A large outdoor upper deck overlooks the pool below and is the perfect place for relaxing and sunning outdoors! The King Master Suite on this level includes a private bath that features a separate shower and soaking tub. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
A King Master Suite has deck access to the back porch of the house. The Queen bedroom shares a bathroom with a Bunk Bed bedroom with trundle for kids. Outdoors, there is a gas grill, private pool (12' x 18') and a hot tub for guests to enjoy. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a community pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservation to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.
