This quaint, two-story condo has endless mountain views that are sure to take your breath away! This rental offers plenty of space and privacy, perfect for two families or a few friends. Start your morning off with a cup of coffee on the private balcony as you soak in the views, and end each evening by the wood-burning fireplace in the open living room. The cozy upstairs reading nook furnished with a desk is a great place to relax or catch up on some work without interruption.

Situated just one mile south of Purgatory Resort, this condo offers the convenience of nearby shops, eateries, and activities while still being immersed in nature. Purgatory Resort has year-round, family-friendly activities, including a mountain coaster, biking, and skiing. Numerous hiking trails surround the area as well. The town of Durango is just 24 miles away, where you can take full advantage of mountain recreation.

Cozy Condo with Mountain Views

Lovely Condo!

We enjoyed this condo very much! It was exceptionally clean and well appointed for our ski trip to Purgatory which was only 2 minutes down the road. The local Vacasa team was extremely helpful and we would definitely return!

Family Ski Trip

Plenty of room for a family of 5. Everything we needed was there. Perfect distance to Purgatory Ski Area. Rental is an upstairs unit so be prepared to walk up stairs.(Random ski tip: If you are skiing, we highly recommend paying a little extra at the ski resort so they can hold your skis so you don’t have to lug them around.)

Overall awesome stay. Showers had little hot water and lacking water pressure. Could only use one shower at a time. Other than that loved the place!

Perfect spot for skiing at Purgatory

We enjoyed staying at this cabin for a few days while we skied at Purgatory. The location is only a few minutes away, so quick to get up and back. The home was cozy with cute furnishings and easy access to watch in the bedrooms or family room with the Roku app. The kitchen had good working appliances and most of the kitchen items we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. We will definitely consider visiting this cabin again.

Really nice once you can find it

Address droos you at about 20 units. We arrived after dark and had to go door to door to find the right one. A map would have been handy and others arriving had the same issue. Water pressure in the downstairs bathroom was poor so we had to share the upstairs shower (something we'd booked a two bathroom specifically not to do). But other than that the accommodation was really nice. No cental a/c so careful if coming in the summer. But for us in late Sept it was just cool enough to not need.

Quiet getaway

All the necessities and comforts. Comfortable furniture. Including the deck chairs and drink tables. Fans for cooling. A blind on the ceiling high window. Near good local restaurants/bars. Even a little hiking path up the mountain behind the condo.
