Needs a lot of work

The location of the property was perfect for our needs. It’s minutes away from various attractions. However, the apartment itself was not what you would expect based on the pictures you see in vrbo. The A/C unit was leaking water and there was a constant drip coming from the unit. It looks like it’s been like that for a while because the laminate floor beneath had water damage. The main bathroom was old and dingy and the main bedroom had wallpaper torn away from the wall. In short the place is in a great location but the apartment is rundown and needs a lot of work.
