The property is centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, only 8 miles from the Las Vegas Strip straight up Tropicana Blvd.; 13 miles from McCarran Airport right off the 215 Beltway; a short drive to Red Rock Canyon National Park where you can enjoy sight seeming, hiking or rock climbing; 45 minutes from Mt. Charleston where you can a day of skiing/snowboarding or hiking. You don't have to drive far, only about 2 minutes, to grab a bite to eat at a variety of gourmet restaurants, buy groceries, go shopping, or have a drink at one of several neighborhood taverns.
There are five bedrooms with a total of 6 beds (one king and five queens). Each bedroom has an LCD 35' flat screen TV with cable, night stand and dresser with mirror. The master bathroom has a shower, large tub with jets and tile floor. There is a large kitchen fully equipped to cook and bake with all appliances and service for twelve.
