Our large custom home offers the ideal opportunity for you to immerse yourself into a relaxing stay in the heart of Wine Country. We offer something for everyone. Kids can enjoy the swimming pool/hot tub (heated pool/hot tub included!). Or you can just play in the large downstairs Game Room (pool table, 65" TV, DVD's, video games). Adults can enjoy relaxing outside by the pool with drinks from our two (2) custom wet bars (one upstairs and one downstairs off the game room).

Our home offers room for 12+ guests via 4 bedrooms plus Large Game Room/bedroom and four full bathrooms! The game room has 2 Queen pullout couch beds, super comfy with memory foam toppers too!

Our home amenities include; out door and indoor dinning areas, outdoor area with heated pool/hot tub and fantastic vineyard views; two (2) wet bars (1 upstairs 1 downstairs), two (2) car garage plus outside parking, 4 TV's, DVD player downstairs (offer various DVD movies), Direct TV, Streaming Tv's, Internet, commercial Ice-maker (80lbs/day), pool table, Nitento Switch Game Player (plus various video and board games).

The home comes with a new fully equipped gourmet kitchen including a 6 burner gas stove-top, double electric oven, microwave/convection oven, two (2) full sized fridges, Ice Maker, Wine Fridge, Washer/dryer and Heat/AC for year round comfort.

**We also have an onsite backup Automatic Generator, if power goes out the generator will auto start so the fun can go on!

*Special Cancellation Policy - in the unlikely event you need to cancel/reschedule your trip we offer our guests a one time rescheduling option at no charge if re-booked within 12 months of the original reservation date. Seasonal rate changes may apply.

Additional Fees, Rules and Options;

*Refundable Deposit is required. Deposit will be released within 10-14 days after check-out.

*Standard Vans only (14ft max length) allowed due to narrow driveway and limited parking/turn around space. **NO stretch limos allowed!

*Pets - Maximum of one (1) Pet may be allowed with owner approval only for a non-refundable fee (flat rate $175). Pet owners are responsible for pet at all times, pet shall be secured on property at all times. Please pickup and properly dispose of pet waste inside garage trash cans.

*Trash and Garage Use - Please keep garage doors closed at all times when not in use and store any overflow trash inside garage to keep from local wildlife.

*No large events (i.e., weddings) are allowed on property per Sonoma County Short Term Rental Property Ordinance. Maximum number of daytime adult guests is 18 total including overnight adult guests at any one time per day; not including children under 3.

*All guests must observe Sonoma County requirements for noise levels Residential Property Noise Limits. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am everyday, no exceptions. Amplified music or loud voices are not allow at anytime of day as a courtesy to neighbors.

*Parking - Please only park inside our secure gated area with a strictly enforced maximum number of 6-7 total standard/small sized vehicles; 2 cars parked inside garage and 4 outside within gated parking area on the property parking area only. No parking outside the property gate on neighbors property, sorry no exceptions. We have fantastic neighbors that are great folks, please be kind and courteous during your stay.

*Strictly Enforced - Daily quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am everyday. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time at night per Sonoma County Rental Requirements. Exterior security cameras onsite, disabled during guest stays. No Large events/group parties and daily limits (18 max) for daytime guests.
