PRIVATE, SECLUDED LAKEFRONT RETREAT WITH BOAT DOCK, LARGE PATIOS AND HOT TUB!!

Distinctive, secluded, hillside waterfront retreat nestled in the trees with unparalleled views of Lake Bridgeport located in Runaway Bay, TX. This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home was built for entertaining and includes a large game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball table, and poker table. The poker room can actually be used as a 5th bedroom with a sleeper sofa. Enjoy the sunrise/sunsets overlooking the lake while lounging on the deck, concrete patio or platform over the water. The upper deck extends the length of the back of the home and can be accessed from the Master Bedroom or the Living Room. The lower patio can be accessed from the Game Room or Poker Room and includes an outdoor hot tub. The main living area combines the dining area, kitchen and TV area creating one large area to gather for family and friends and has great views of the lake. The home sleeps a total of 15 with three king beds, a twin over queen bunk bed, queen sleeper sofa, 2 chair beds, 2 twin mattresses and a sleeper sofa. There are TVs available in the Living Room, Game Room and Bunk Room for you to use your favorite streaming service. Your own private boat dock is available to tie your boat or watercraft to or use for swimming and fishing. There is also a sidewalk that takes you down to the shoreline. There is also an outdoor combination grill that uses propane on one side and charcoal on the other. The charcoal side includes a smokebox for smoking meats. This home is like being on a small ranch with total privacy from your neighbors.

***Our home is on the side of a hill. There is some walking up and down to get to our lower patio and boat dock. This incline may be difficult for elderly or people with mobility issues.***

We took a family vacation with four families and small children. The house fit us perfectly. The beds were comfortable even in the bunk room and it was well appointed to meet all of our needs. The area near the dock was the perfect place for the little ones to swim and the lake was beautiful. I highly recommend this house. You won’t be disappointed.

Great weekend getaway

We had a fabulous weekend with family at this home. The lake level was down, so we could not take advantage of any water activities, but everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Lake house for the fourth of July

We had so much fun! There was plenty of space and we really enjoyed the views! You can see the whole lake from the top balcony! Everyone enjoyed it beautiful house perfect location! Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with!!!!

This is the third or fourth time my family has stayed at this lake house. It’s perfect for a large family gathering. Our group ranges in age from 5 to almost 80 and it’s perfect for all of them. The lake view is nice and peaceful. Kids (elementary school age to teenagers) love the game room!

Family Holiday Getaway

This was a great property for our extended family Thanksgiving getaway. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 children. Generously supplied, well stocked, comfortable, plenty of fun activities. Easy, friendly communication with the hosts. Peaceful, private, quiet retreat.
