Beautiful detached guest house in quiet neighborhood. Easily accommodating up to 6 guests, this home has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 beds), 2 baths, full kitchen and comfortable living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and ice maker, as well as small appliances, dishes, pans & utensils.

There is a private entrance with easy parking, grassy area and patio with table & chairs and BBQ.
Conveniently located near the charming Village of Arroyo Grande, as well as all of the sights of Pismo Beach and the dunes of Oceano Beach. Master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with tub/shower and quality linens. The second bedroom is separated from the master, and makes a nice den as well, with a queen size murphy bed and a double futon bed/couch, all with quality linens. The second bath also has a tub/shower. Lots of options to use relax and enjoy this great space with up to 6 people.

We enjoyed our stay in Arroyo Grande. It would be important to note that the WiFi didn’t work the whole time we were there. We called the property management and they called the cable company, however nothing was fixed during our 6 day stay. For eating, there are only 3 barstools at a bar- no table.

the check-in process was good- I did not like the fact that one has to pick up and drop off the keys in the office, which in this case about 10 miles the wrong way for me-so this times 4 and the extra time it takes; specially after driving 9 hours to destination and looking at 9 hours drive back home. please work on a process to make it easier, such as electronic combination locks-etc.

Dirty dishes. Cob webs & spiders in skylights in both bathrooms. WiFi was a major issue, even after going through their "troubleshooting" issues. We were never able to watch anything on their "smart TV" due to WiFi connection. There was only 4 of us so I would say not good for 6 as they advertise.

This property was perfectly sized for our family of four who was busy and out and about in the region- offered great space and was clean! Nice little front area where my kids enjoyed relaxing in the evenings. Will stay here again, thanks!

Great Property

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, check-in was easy and the property managers, Beach Bum Holiday Rentals, were very responsive. The location is convenient, in a quiet neighborhood, and the property is spacious. Perhaps most important with a vacation rental, the beds were very comfortable! The one issue we noticed was that the kitchen was a bit understocked. Measuring cups and cutting board. It is so nice to have a comfortable place to stay. It makes every vacation better.

Quiet small bungalow in a quiet area

We enjoyed our stay at this little bungalow. It was well maintained, and in a quiet location that was close to Oceano, Pismo Beach, the 101 Fwy, and shopping. The 2 bedrooms were large, and its nice that is has 2 small bathrooms. The living room is a little on the small side, but we expected that for the square footage of the house. We appreciated the outdoor patio area with table and BBQ.

Great property but..

We loved how it was mainly clean...just a few of the light switches were a little dirty but other than that every thing else was very clean, it was well furnished, very cute & welcoming. One thing that we wished was mentioned on the property details was that someone else is living on the property so it’s not just you and you are basically staying in their guest house. Also where to park wasn’t indicated. The house is in beautiful neighborhood and minutes away from pretty much everything.

Great Space, had everything we needed, and very comfortable.

Really enjoyed this rental for the week. Nice amount of space, fully equipped kitchen, with two bathrooms. It was so much better than renting a hotel and for less money. Nice quiet neighborhood. The location was a wonderful base for beach and hiking excursions in all directions. Highly recommend.

Delightful Small House Close to the Village, Beach and Golf

The house was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect in one of the best neighborhoods in Arroyo Grande. We enjoyed the closeness to the charming village of Arroyo Grande and to all kinds of shopping. Its also close to the golf courses at Monarch Dunes and Black Lake.

Nice Holiday in Arroyo Grande

The property was lovely. Nicely decorated, tasteful, clean, adorable. We had the perfect amount of space with the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, but also a space to join together to hang out and relax and use the kitchen, too. Only two very minor negatives.: there is a Keurig coffee machine, but no Keurig cups. When we asked, the owner was kind to give us a drip coffee machine so that we could use our regular coffee. Would be nice to have a bath mat, as we had to use towels for the floor.
