Calm and natural for this large recent villa 500m from the beach.
On the ground floor the house has a beautiful living space, living room - dining room - kitchen of 80 m2 and a suite with 160 bed and shower room with double sink and wc, 1 separate wc, a laundry room.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including 2 suites with shower room, one with wc, 2 double beds and 2 bedrooms with twin beds 2x90 and 2x80, 1 bathroom and 1 separate wc.
A baby cot with bars is also available, as well as equipment (bottle warmer, booster seat, changing table, travel cot).
A tv lounge.
Outside, two terraces: one on the ground floor and one upstairs to enjoy the sea view.
All your stay on foot or by bike, parking for 4 vehicles.
Ground of 800 m2 raised with shaded areas suitable for napping under the trees!
Nearby: the town center at 3 kms and sandy beaches at 5 min by foot.

Sehr ruhige Lage und viel Platz

Wir waren mit Freunden dort - 4 erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 7-14. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist sehr ruhig gelegen . Zum nächsten Bäcker und Supermarkt waren es rund 2,5 km, also gut zu erreichen . Zum Strand läuft man eine gute Viertel Stunde . Das Haus war sauber und offen gestaltet, wodurch ein wenig Verstaumöglichkeiten fehlten. Es fehlten auch ein paar mehr große Töpfe für 8 Personen , dafür war der Kühlschrank sehr großzügig. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus mit einer super Lage. Olivier der Hausmeister war bei kleinen Problemen auch schnell da und hat alles zufriedenstellend gelöst. Ein schöner Aufenthalt ! Belle et grande maison

6 jours à 6 personnes en famille. Maison très agréable. Dommage que les finitions et la literie ne soient pas du même niveau. Pour votre image, vous devriez changer le oreillers et mettre des housses, au minimum. Des lits de 160 au lieu de 140 seraient plus agréables. Les matelas et couettes auraient aussi besoin d’être changés. Sans être catastrophique, c’est dommage car la maison est classe bien qu’il manque des plinthes et des peintures de finition, ce qui n’est pas gênant pour dormir. Autre petit détail pour vous donner 5 étoiles, la cafetière Nespresso et le micro onde sont un peu vétustes et méritent un changement. Pour qq centaines d’euros, vous pourriez donc avoir une note formidable. Cdlt et globalement c’était très bien.

Information über das Objekt

Die französische Informationsseite über das Ferienhaus enthält wesentlich mehr und genauere Informationen als die deutsche Seite. Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn die deutsche Seite die gleichen Informationen vermittelt wie die in originaler Sprache. Die Übergabe des Ferienhauses am Tag der Ankunft hat sich leider sehr herausgezögert auf Grund erheblicher Verspätung seitens der Vermieter und Schwierigkeiten mit der Kommunikation. Das Haus an sich eignet sich gut für einen Familienurlaub mit viel Platz, mehreren Bädern, dem Garten und der Nähe zum Strand.

Maison très spacieuse et agreable

8 personnes ensemble sans se gêner. Nombre de Salles d'eau et bains ainsi que les wc très bien pour 8. Materiel de cuisine tres bien. Tv à trois endroits super. Tres jolie maison bien agréable avec son beau jardin. Trois remarques . Escalier particulièrement dangereux. Impératif de prevoir une main courante pour ne pas avoir la sensation de vide. . Les terrasses sont à refaire car les planches plient sous les pieds. Dangereux pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. En profiter pour ajouter un plan incliné aussi bien sur le devant de la maison que sur l'arrière. . Les tables sont un peu justes en dimensions pour 8 personnes celle de dehors notamment.

Soleil sur le golfe

Grande maison, très claire et bien équipée. Cuisine impeccable avec tout ce que l'on peut attendre. Seul petit manque, il n'y avait aucun produit de base de cuisine (huile, vinaigre, sel et poivre). Grand salon avec équipements Hi Tech. Table de Salle à manger pour 8 personnes. Commerces à 30 mn à pied. Chambres et literies confortables. Situation au bout d'une impasse, donc bien calme avec un grand jardin. En résumé, très bon séjour.

séjour vacances Nouvel An 10 adultes

Très belle maison. Niveau escalier: pas de garde-corps(très dangereux avec des enfants) même avec des adultes . Table salle à manger : 6 adultes et non 10 . Nous sommes obligés de rajouter la piteuse table salon de jardin . Fauteuils des salons haut et bas à revoir . Chaises salle à manger et cuisine en mauvaise état . Mauvaise literie à l'étage . Quel dommage d'avoir une cheminée et de ne pouvoir utiliser à cette période . En conclusion : manque de finition dans toutes les pièces .

Très belle maison

Cette maison est de très belle qualité, très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Ne faisant seulement un reproche : la qualité des matelas est tout à fait insuffisante C’est dommage étant donné le caractère de la résidence. Ceci est valable pour tous les lits. Nous sommes cependant très contents de nos vacances

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit einigen Einschränkungen

Das Haus ist sehr schön, leider ist es nicht fertiggestellt (z.B. teilweise innen noch die Gipskarton-Platten zu sehen, unter den Waschbecken sieht man alles). Zudem gibt es KEIN Wifi, darauf sollte im Inserat explizit hingewiesen werden. Die Schiebefenster gehen schwer auf und zu. Die Sessel oben und unten dürften auch mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Garten hätte es verdient, im schönen bretonischen Stil angelegt zu werden. Schade, dass das an sich tolle und sehr moderne Haus (der Treppenaufgang ist ein Traum!) daher seinen Charme nicht voll ausspielen kann. Es ist jedenfalls sehr geräumig und groß. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, man ist ein bisschen abseits der Touristenströme, was wir sehr schön fanden. Die Restaurantempfehlungen (L‘Endroit und Rhys Pizza) waren sehr lecker. Der Bäcker in Saint-Gildas auch. Der Küstenwanderweg ist sehr reizvoll, die umliegenden Strände auch.

Belle maison spacieuse

Belle maison spacieuse, très lumineuse et fonctionnelle, agréable à vivre avec toutefois quelques bémols sur sa capacité en eau chaude et électricité pour un groupe de 9 personnes. A partir de 14h nous n’avions plus d’eau chaude pour la vaisselle et pour se doucher le soir. Egalement souci électrique pendant notre séjour, le propriétaire est au courant. L’escalier n’est pas fait pour de jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées, trop dangereux. Enfin trop dommage de n’avoir pu utiliser le beau poële pendant cette période de Noël. Malgré ces dysfonctionnements, notre séjour s’est bien passé et la maison est agréable à vivre.

Très bien. Manque quelques détails dans l'équipement maison Bien bien située, en zone très tranquille (nous sommes en fin septembre). Il serait souhaitable d'avoir un téléviseur dans le salon principal et si possible de bonne qualité ainsi qu'un sèche linge . Son atout principal et qui était notre critère principal : 4 salles de bains et 5 cmabres
