The Guesthouse faces a beautifully landscaped large Zen garden with fruit trees and flowers. The 750sf-guesthouse opens through two large french doors into a large 400sf covered and furnished patio overlooking the Zen garden, roses and tall trees.

The Guesthouse has a full kitchen, full bathroom with double vanities, a large shower room and a separate toilet room.
The area provides top attractions for kayaking, paragliding, water skiing, sailing, hiking at nearby Torrey Pines State Park and Annie’s canyon and biking trials along the coast.

I truly enjoyed mytime in this quiet, quaint, comfortable place, it immediately felt like 'home'. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are near by shops and restaurants.The beach is a short walk or drive from the rental. I needed to work via the internet and the Wifi was great. I met the host who is truly kind, gracious and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again!

Short walk to the beach, beautiful backyard

The highlight of this property is the lovely patio and garden out back. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee outside with the birds and flowers all around. The beach and walkable area is about about 10-15 minute walk down the street, which is great. The facilities are great as well. It had just been professionally cleaned when we arrived.

Best Experience in Renting I've had thus far

Beautiful property. Great location near ocean, restaurants, groceries, the fairgrounds, the freeway, and quiet neighborhood. Although it was a studio, it seemed much bigger with large bathroom, galley kitchen, and modest sitting/TV area. The patio and garden area were surrounded by stone pavers, tiles, plants, and flowers. I could live here! I commend the host. He always responded promptly to my emails. I always felt he was available if I needed him.

Quiet & Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very quiet & relaxing. Bahram was quick to reply to any questions we had. The bed was comfortable for us both, a king size would be nice in a room that size. A curtain that can be pulled across the entry door would be helpful as the security light would periodically go on during the night & wake my husband. The kitchen was handy to have but there are no pots & pans if you plan to cook anything simple. Not a problem for us as the area offers great dining choices! We would stay here again!

Perfect long weekend getaway

I was beyond thrilled with the location of this property! Every morning I walked down to see the ocean and spend a few minutes on the patio enjoying the quiet morning. It was the perfect size for my friend and I, and we put almost every kitchen appliance to use during our time there. The resident upstairs was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday night, and the bright flood light shining into the main room made it difficult to sleep at times, but overall I was very happy with the whole experience and the prompt communication from the owner. Recommend!
