This guest home was custom built in 2006 by the founder and developer of Diamond Bluff. A gated private paved driveway takes you far away from other homes, but close to all of the amenities! Not to mention, the view is so breathtaking that the founder of Diamond Bluff chose THIS LOT to make his home and guest home! From the inside of the house to the outdoor deck, the views are stunning, to say the least! This 1050 sq ft guest home includes 2 bedrooms and one full bath, full kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, wrap around deck, and a breathtaking view! Sleeps 6.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The views are absolutely fantastic and the surrounds so beautiful and peaceful. Greers Ferry Lake access is close and convenient. Definitely a trip that we will remember and hope to return.

My family enjoyed our three night stay! The guest house was super clean, kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels, extra blankets, etc. The views from the house, deck and swing were amazing!

There’s no better view of the lake in Quitman! We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the view. The house was immaculate! We loved being able to have our poodles with us too!

Amazing Stay!!

From the views, to the inside of the home everything was AMAZING!! The house is in a beautiful location and the homeowners provided everything you can think of. They even provided phone chargers! Our family rented the main house, and we rented the guest house to have more space. The houses were a very short distance from each other which was convenient! We will be back!

All I can say is that these pictures do not do this view justice! It was amazing. The house was very clean, had everything we needed to cook with, and the owners were very responsive. Greers Ferry Lake

The most beautiful views of Greers Ferry Lake. The house faces East, so gorgeous sunrises. Watched the fog roll in & burn off with the golden sun behind it. Gorgeous pinks & oranges. We hiked Sugarloaf in Heber Springs & Sugarloaf National Trail on the Island. Hiked Indian Rock Cave Trail & Collins Creek Trail. All within 30-40min drives. Wonderful!!!

Diamond Bluff

This is the most scenic property we've stayed at outside of Hawaii. The view is simply magnificent. From one end to the other, the view is probably near 50 miles. Natural beauty everywhere. All I can say is WOW!! The pictures do not do justice to these breathtaking views. This place is absolutely amazing! My husband and I did not leave the entire weekend so that we could just enjoy the scenery. We will most definitely be coming back!

What a view!!

The view from the living room & porch exceeds the pictures! What a beautiful place. My husband & I came to hike, boat & relax. We accomplished all three. Lots of pretty trails not too far (use All Trails app). A number of marinas to rent boats from. Did yoga on the deck, enjoyed the view & used the fire pit. Our puppy loved it too! Can’t wait to return.
