Homlee - Heritage 2 Bed Room near Pragati Maidan
We are located in Central Delhi near Connaught Place, next to ITO metro station. We have cosy interiors, comfy beds, is fully AC with a private bathroom & a fully-equipped private kitchen. The airport is just 30 mins away, New Delhi Railway Station less than 2 km and ITO metro station at a walk of 7 minutes.This is a value accommodation on second floor without lift and parking in a non posh area.
The most unique thing about our apartment is its excellent interior and the best location. The Gate number 5 of Delhi Gate Metro Station as well as ITO metro station are at a walking distance of 7 minutes only. Most prominent landmarks such as Pragati Maidan, Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi Railway Station, CP, India Gate etc. are within radius of 2-3 km. Uber and Ola cabs are easily available as well as private taxi and Auto. This apartment is ideal for tourists, families as well as corporate travellers.
Floor - It is situated on the second floor without lift.
Parking - There is NO private parking in the building, Public parking is available 250 mtr away from the apartment .
Apart from the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment for your private and exclusive use, you can order home-made food from us. Breakfast is at Rs. 250/person and meals are at Rs. 350/- per person(For minimum order of 3). For less then three 100 Rs Extra.
In the First Glance, the colony may look like slum. However, this is an ultra safe and friendly neighbourhood with family living for last 75 years. The colony has 24/7, Watch guard facility and a proactive community facility.
However, please note that the apartment is on a narrow street and car can reach till 150 meters away from the apartment. We offer free luggage service to all our guests.
