Paradise Canyon Golf Resort - Luxury Condo M409

Bring the whole family and enjoy the spectacular elevated views of the Paradise Canyon Golf Course as well as beautiful views of the river bottom and coulees.

Whether you are on vacation, on a business trip, or here to play some golf and see the sites, Paradise Canyon is the perfect oasis where you can unwind.

This condo is perfect for the whole family (up to 6 people), 2 couples, or it can comfortably sleep 4 golfers each with his/her own bed.

You will have the whole place to yourselves with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (master with a Queen Bed and second bedroom with 2 Queen Beds), and 2 bathrooms. If needed, there is a single bed that can comfortably be set up in the living room (upon request). The living/dining room and kitchen are large and spacious with views onto the golf course and the coulees.

Guests have access to:
• 18 Hole Championship Golf Course at discounted rates (April – October)*
• Onsite Restaurant at discounted rates (April – October)*
• Outdoor Swimming Pool / Hot Tub (June – September)*
• Multi-Sport Court area, with Tennis, Pickleball, & Basketball.
• Fitness Centre (Year Round)

In addition to the on-site activities at Paradise Canyon, you can visit the Front Desk at the clubhouse and we will give you suggestions for other local and area attractions. We've lived here all our lives and have been hosting guests from all over the world for many years, so we know a lot about the area and things to see and do. National Park hikes, E-bike rentals, kayak and paddle board rentals, Unesco World Heritage sites, Birds of Prey interactive visits, Historic Sites and lots more.

We are onsite during regular working hours and are also available 24/7 by text or phone.

Paradise Canyon is a secluded river bottom, golf course community just outside of Lethbridge. Even though you're close to a good-sized city with all of its shopping and amenities, you'll think you're in.... well... Paradise. Besides the onsite activities there are 2 National Parks, multiple Provincial Parks, 2 Unesco World Heritage sites and many other activities and excursions. Lethbridge also has hundreds of miles of bike and hiking trails along the Oldman River that you can easily access out your front door.

To enjoy the area you will need to have a car.

Overall a nice place to stay. Good accommodation, comfortable and clean. Liked the 2 bathrooms and showers, with 3 queen beds making sure that there was no arguing about who gets what bed. Only thing for us was the location is a bit out of the way (but not too far) for places we were visiting in Lethbridge.

Quick stay in the Canyon

We had a great stay and even got to enjoy some plus 11 degree temperatures in January! To celebrate the relief from winter's grip we enjoyed a senic walk on the paved golf course trails. This is a very nice property right in Lethbridge! Much better than booking a hotel for a night! Thanks.

We booked a unit in the basement so it was a bit dark and also pretty outdated, not exactly a luxury condo as stated on the website. That said, our stay was fine, we had everything we needed and it was very clean. The rest of my family was staying in a main floor condo a couple of doors down and it was quite a bit nicer than ours so it seems that all the units are a little different. The 10:00 am checkout was way too early, we were all scrambling to get out on time.

Palm Springs on the Prairie

The title came from another guest, staying at the VRBO, who made the comment when they first visited Paradise Canyon. Our guests were pleased with their accommodations although one couple staying in 409 U said it would soon be time to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. I say this not as a criticism but as a helpful piece of information because the hosts would not know this unless this was pointed out to them. Mike is wonderful to work with and very prompt and helpful. We hope to book again for next year.

NOT a luxury condo

It is fine for an older basement condo rental. Not worth the price we paid, with a ridiculously early checkout at 10am. We thought the pool facilities would be worth going for, they are not worth it. If you golf, I am sure this is the place for you. It is NOT a luxury place to go with your spouse for a little different getaway. Its like vacationing at a retirement community.

Very clean, easy to check into and prompt response to our questions. I would highly recommend especially if you we’re going to be doing some golfing! I am sure during the summer it would be very beautiful and it would be great to have access to the pool (which was not yet open as it is off-season).

Family getaway

We used it as a home base for daily excursions in the area. It worked great. It was nice to be able to use the kitchen and look after some of our own meals. We loved the pool and hot tub to relax at the end of the day. And we had fun trying tennis one evening. Overall great stay.
