Minutes on boat from the best sand bars, fishing and diving spots in Islamorada. The property is a beautiful and charming water front house, which has been newly renovated with a light, open and airy tropical Florida Keys feel. The newly landscaped and tropical back yard that precedes its 65' of dock (30' partial for docking) will immediately transport you to your own personal Margaritaville.

Situated by the entrance on a wide canal right off Tavernier Creek, this home’s location offers you very easy and quick access to the ocean and bay. The property is homey, but also unique. It’s structure is made up completely out of concrete and its minimalistic and linear architecture design delightfully compliments its outdoor 2nd floor pool, thus offering you beautiful ocean and canal views from the the interior of the home and pool deck, even if you are in the pool.

Upstairs has two bedrooms and two full renovated bathrooms, a renovated kitchen and a large living area with great visibility to the canal, Tavernier Creek and portions of the ocean. The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and sliding glass doors that open to the pool deck. Beds include a king size in the master bedroom and a full and a twin size in the guest room. Downstairs there is a bedroom, a bunk room, a full bathroom and a kitchen/living area. Beds include a queen size in the bed room and a twin and full size in the bunk room.

Thanksgiving 2024!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay for Thanksgiving week. The weather couldn’t have been better. This location is perfect for all things boating. Hang a right and your in the Atlantic and a left your in the bay. Alligator Lighthouse didn't not disappoint and the pool after a day of boating was just right! I highly recommend this stay. High class location!

This is a great property! In a great location. One of the interesting, different and enjoyable aspects is the beautiful mature trees and landscaping. Also, with the pool on the second floor, the trees are more on your level rather than being above you and it makes it super nice. We will definitely go back if possible.... Thank you :-)

Great family vacation

We have stayed in many properties in the keys and this home is at the top of the list. Very comfortable, great location, and all the extra's an active family that loves to boat and fish will need. The ice machine is awesome. Lots of hoses for the boat. Great private pool. Owners are very responsive, great people and easy to work with. Tavernier creek location is close to great fishing, bait, gas, etc. We plan to return.

Location location location!

This house is ideally located - quick, easy access to both deep sea and the bay by water; 5 mins from grocery, liquor and drug stores; central to numerous good restaurants and public parks. The house does need some attention - not near enough hot water -less than two showers before it’s cold; gates, patio umbrella, internet, sound system, bunk room TVs and clothes drier weren’t working when we arrived but the owner was at least able to reconnect the internet and speakers before we left. Parking is TIGHT if you have a truck or SUV and if you have a trailer for a boat - even more so. The layout is fun but there is no dining table inside or out.

Mini Vacay

We had a mini vacation/school winter break with family to Islamorada. It was our first time to this part of the Fla Keys. The property is centrally located; close to all of our scheduled activities. The property is located on a canal. The grounds were really pretty. Disappointed to see all the political banners in the neighborhood; but nothing that the owner can do about that. The home has a separate apartment on the lower level which my son enjoyed. The main kitchen needs to be restocked (blender, mixer, serving & mixing bowls, storage containers). A home manual would also be really helpful with tv instructions, emergency information, local stores, restaurants, & theaters, schedule of weekly service providers so you know when a service provider is scheduled to be at the home. We had service people come three days out of our five day stay, and didn't know until we saw them in the yard. The owners were quickly responsive to issues that arrived during our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and relaxing by the pool.

Great piece of paradise

This home had an awesome layout for our group. Quick easy access to gulf and Atlantic. Home was very clean and owners are very responsive and helpful. Whenever we return to the Tavernier / Islamorada are we will definitely check with owners on availability before anyone else.
