Beach Axis' deck is as close to the gulf as you can get in the area. Folks LOVE LOVE LOVE its gulf front decks! Most nearby units have their pool behind the homes, putting the pool between you and the beach. Not Beach Axis. Beach Axis' pool is streetside. Sit on the deck, enjoy the sunset, while most neighbors are behind you! How nice is that! The pool is private to the two sides of the duplex—not shared with any other home.

Plus this is one of my guests' favorite places. Lots of repeat visitors each year! Great price for a recently completed redone beachfront duplex. RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Beach Axis is completely furnished and professionally decorated. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave.

The Beach Axis duplex house is located directly on the beach of the Gulf. Either side of Beach Axis can be leased separately as a 5BR/5BA that sleeps 18, or take both sides for a full 10BR 10BA sleeping up to 36!

One side perfect for your group, then book our Beach Axis East and Beach Axis West listings for the individual units. Take one or both, you'll have a great stay either way!

Other amenities include central air/heat, televisions, dvd players, cable, internet, telephone with free domestic long distance, washer/dryer, covered porch and sundeck area,  large outdoor pool, Gulf front balconies, and a master bath whirlpool tub.

Since we have a higher proportion of guests recently who are new to vacation homes, I wanted to mention a few things that may be new to guests who normally stay in hotels or resorts rather than a private home so they are not surprised. As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, except where specifically noted, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well.
