Back on VRBO Pinehurst - Fully Renovated

Had a friend living in condo while building their new home and then the USGA in for 10 months for the US Open. Back on VRBO again and looking forward to hosting you!!

Not your usual rental. We are in Pinehurst often so our home has everything you will need to sit back, relax & enjoy. Totally renovated and updated. If you saw the before pictures you would be amazed!!

Master bedroom with king bed, large closet, door to deck, private bath, & ceiling fan. Second bedroom with 2 full beds, large closet, door to deck, full bath, & ceiling fan.

Fully stocked & renovated kitchen with new appliances, pots/pans, dishes, Kuerig coffee machine, etc. 4 bar stools at bar pass thru, dining table that seats 6, large sectional couch, TV with ROKU & YouTube TV, wrap around deck with two rocking chairs & gas grill, full baths, washer & dryer.

Minutes to Pinehurst Resort, local dining, shopping, attractions and the best golf NC has to offer. Don't miss playing The Cradle!!! We even make it easy for you by leaving suggestions, addresses & listing of some of our favorite spots. Pinehurst, Southern Pines & Aberdeen all intersect so nothing is over 15 minutes away.

We love Pinehurst and hope you do too!! Our condo is truly our Happy Place so we had to use the name.

Golfing in the Pines

My 2 girl friends and I stayed together at this property. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. Very convenient location, extremely clean, comfortable beds, everything worked so well. The sofa is very comfortable and the dining table was spacious and comfortable. The closets are amazing!! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Paul for keeping this place so nice and comfortable!!

We rented this property for a family golf week. We have stayed in a number of VRBO properties in this has been the best so far. The difference vs other properties is in the quality of everything in the house...it's just what it would be if we were buying for our own home. I

Our recent stay in Pinehurst was certainly enhanced by where we stayed. The unit was situated centrally to all activities and our host could not have done more to make us comfortable and glad we chose this unit to stay at for our golf trip. The unit was clean, the area was quiet, and it was easy getting to everything. Thanks Paul, we hope to stay again soon.

Pinehurst Perfect

This home was the perfect rental for my family of 4. Great location, exceptionally quiet and beautifully renovated. We found all of the spaces very nicely sized, comfortable and easy to relax and live in whether it be morning or night. It is well appointed with a fun golf themed decor, modern appliances and everything you’d need to live full time in a home away from home. Instructions and recommendations were all very clear. Our host Paul was super, providing quick communication to our pre arrival questions and was very easy to work with. We will look to stay here again on our return to Pinehurst!

The rental was clean, spacious and comfortable. All the essentials were provided including a washer and dryer. The bathrooms were large with excellent shower stalls. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and had large, lighted his and her closets. A beautiful wrap around deck with comfortable rocking chairs and a grill was nice as well. The location was very quiet and close to everything. We enjoyed nice morning walks on the neighboring golf course. The use of the garage with our long term rental was an added bonus. Our host was kind, responsive and accommodating. The only thing that we missed was a second television in the master bedroom. We would definitely return to Paul’s Place!

Wonderful home

This property was excellent! We were here for five days for a college golf tournament. Our boys loved the house so much that they wanted to eat dinner at home instead of eating out! It was beautifully decorated, all new and the best VRBO kitchen we’ve ever had! Thank you so much!

Sandhills Retreat

Fantastic, clean, comfortable, well equipped, quiet spot for one or two couples to get away. My husband and I couldn’t have been happier here while in town to visit family for thanksgiving. We were close to everyone and everything, yet had our own wonderful retreat. Owners have put a lot of good thought into this place and are very responsive.

Great Golf Getaway

My husband and I travel to Pinehurst every year late October/early November for golf. We have stayed in several properties in the area but this was by far the best. The home is completely renovated and modern and the kitchen has everything you need. The interior is beautifully decorated with many nice golf touches. The owner Paul was readily available as we had an issue with the TV but he guided us through. The home is not directly on the golf course (I thought it was) but very close and we took walks around the neighborhood to see it. We will definitely rebook for our trip next year!

The owner's description of the property was spot on. His communication before and after our stay was always timely and informative. His pride and love for the home and the area was evident in the decor, furnishings, and cleanliness of the home. The bedding was very comfortable, the showers were awesome. "If you need me later in life, I will be in Pinehurst!!" This is what I tell all my friends. I have been coming here since I was 12 when my parents bought a condo. Sadly sold after my dad passed but I still came down once my kids were old enough to play golf & enjoy as much as I had. Finally bought our own place in 2017 and boys both ended up in college in NC. How convenient for my wife & I!! We now also own a house in Pinehurst and rent the condo out.

This is our extended home for family, friends, and repeat VRBO guests all the time. Has everything you could possibly need. You can cook, relax and feel like you are at home. Close to all Pinehurst has to offer.
