Excellent property

Resort is clean, well maintained and easy to get to. Exactly as advertised on the website. The price is reasonable for January before peak season. Everything we needed was available in the unit. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Beautiful condo

We stayed 3 nights and it was amazing. Very clean property and very private. The beach was smooth and had great space. The pools were warm and clean. On site security, restaurants, and convenience store. Great coffee shop on site and breakfast there was delicious. Condo had everything you could possibly need and in close proximity to grocery store.

Fun stay, gorgeous view

Very organized, Sonoran Spa, you have to wear a bracelet on property grounds. Comfortable for 4 people, but the smaller bedroom did not have good views. Bring your own paper towels, coffee filters and beach towels.

Everything was clean and worked properly. We were very pleased. Just an FYI, the faucets in the showers have to be turned towards cold to get the hot water.

Great location but byo paper towels!

A little outdated, no paper towels, no soap/shampoo which is a first for any rental we've been to in Rocky Point (and we've been going the last 18 years!). They have a couple of chairs you can take to the beach but beware, they're rusty/broken.

Last Summer getaway

The apartment was nice, clean and very spacious for our family of 3. Great view from the balcony and the kitchen was very well stacked even though I did not use it much. There were no beach towels to use so make sure you bring your own. Hated that every where in the resort everything had to be paid by cash only.
