This gorgeous modern home has been newly renovated and features a high-end kitchen with updated appliances, two lounge areas, two spacious outdoor spaces, and four luxe bedrooms to spread out in. EagleRidge Retreat is the perfect vacation spot for your next trip to Steamboat!

Step into luxury and be greeted with high vaulted ceilings and top grain leather furniture in the open concept main living area.You'll love the open floor plan on this main level which hosts the gourmet kitchen, updated thoughtful lighting, vibrant designer artwork, plush living room, and dining area with room for up to eight and three more at the breakfast bar. Like to spend time outside? This home boasts two large decks, perfect to grill & chill and enjoy the great outdoors!

Ready to rest easy? Head to one of the spacious and newly decorated bedrooms. Head upstairs to the King Primary Suite with an oversized ensuite bathroom, large jetted tub, separate glass shower, and breathtaking chandelier lighting. Head to the Second King Suite for a little luxury and relaxation with an oversize closet and ensuite bathroom. Need some more space? Head downstairs and find an additional King bedroom & Bunk Room featuring a Twin/Full bunk bed and Twin trundle plus an additional Twin bed. The bunk room also features a large flat screen TV and XBox One with controller - perfect for the kiddos!

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on upper level, King bedroom on lower level, and Bunk Room with Twin/Full bunk plus Twin trundle & Twin single. Overflow sleeping in lower level lounge with Twin air mattress and Twin single mattress. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this townhome. Excellent location, very clean and well equipped. We didn’t cook much, but I was very impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was. The pool area was also a highlight. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, townhome was beautiful. Property management was very helpful, responsive, and friendly. The only issues we had were a lack of basic spices (salt and pepper,) and the downstairs shower drained slowly.

Steamboat Multigenerational Ski Trip

My wife and I (early 60's), son, daughter-in-law and 3 grand kids had a great time in Steamboat. The unit was great, Steamboat Lodging was very attentive, the people on the mountain and in restaurants were all very pleasant and helpful

Simply the Best!

I can't recommend this property more highly! It was perfect for two families, clean, and close to everything. The free shuttle service (works like Uber) was at our service multiple times a day with little wait time (2-8 min tops). The property was even more amazing in person than in photos and we cannot wait to come again! Thank you Kami and the entire management team for the ease of communication. You truly made our stay seamless and amazing!

Great location!

If skiing at Steamboat is part of your vacation plans, this property is great choice! You can walk to the base in about 10 minutes but the shuttle was perfect! The app was easy to use and most days, the shuttle was at the house in 4 minutes or less.The house itself was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had all the basic equipment (except a blender) if you plan to cook. We had a small issue that we contacted the property management- they were super responsive and got our issue resolved the same day. They were also just very helpful in planning our vacation.We would stay here again!

The condo we stayed in was perfect for our group of 8 and it was exactly as described. The kitchen was fantastic and better equipped than any place I have ever stayed. There were dishes, pots and pans, baking dishes and storage containers. The shuttle service was greatly appreciated and only once did we have to wait more than 10 minutes. It was easy to communicate with Steamboat Lodging via text or phone when we had any problems or questions. Being able to use the gym at the lodge on a day off skiing was great.

Perfect Location for skiing!

The townhouse was very clean with extremely comfortable beds. We stayed for 5 days and skied Steamboat. We had a broad array of skiers with different levels of interest and the shuttle made it easy for everyone to come and go as they please. The kitchen was very well equipped so cooking was a breeze. There are two separating living rooms areas which was helpful when the 30 year olds wanted to stay up later then the 65 year olds. We had access to the gym, hot tub and pool on the property. We would absolutely rent this unit again!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Stayed here with family in early Feb. The townhome fully met our expectations- pictures and description were accurate, which was helpful when making a decision from South Carolina. Spoke with the reservation staff a few times and they were knowledgeable about the unit and the area. we rented a car and drove from Denver- was very glad to have a garage, but it was a tight fit for our full size SUV. The home was spacious and had everything that we needed. It was a bit of a walk to the ski area, but we walked most days, and took advantage of the shuttle service on some others- it was great to have at the end of the day when we were tired. The complex pool and hot tub were also nice. Overall, very pleased with our stay!

All Around Great!

This property met all of our needs. It was very clean and was fairly well stocked with linens and kitchen items. Everything was comfortable and it was easy to relax. The location was great and easy to navigate around town. The kids in our party enjoyed the pool. A few items to note (not negatives, just things to know)- The garage is tiny. We have a Suburban and it fit, but not easily. There is no air conditioning. It took some planning and 3 fans to keep it tolerable in the afternoons and evenings but it was fine. There are a lot of units in this area but everyone was respectful and reasonable about noise. I imagine ski season is just as fun (if not more).

Wonderful Ski/Relaxation Vacation

We just had a wonderful stay at the EagleRidge Retreat! The unit was beautiful, clean and super cozy. It was perfect for those of us that wanted to rest and relax, but also a perfect location for our skiers! The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit and the reservation process for our pool time was super easy. We would definitely stay again!

Location!

We stayed here for a weekend festival that was in town and loved every part of this townhome. It's walking distance to everything so you don't really need a car. Plus Steamboat Lodging Company has a shuttle that runs in the winter if you want to go downtown. The on site amenities are awesome - pool, hot tubs, gym/sauna & fire pit. This place feels like a perfect mountain vacation home with great decor and high-end everything. The multiple floors were nice so that everyone had their space to spread out. Beds are comfy & cozy and everyone slept great. The kitchen was well stocked and the goodies that Steamboat Lodging Company left for us were really thoughtful. We will definitely stay here again (hopefully summer) and use Steamboat Lodging Company.

#1 the snow was excellent Our family ages 7-69 enjoyed the layout of the condo and it's location. The condo was clean and comfy. I personally loved the Aveda Rosemary Mint products that were provided in each bathroom. Easy access to the pool area as well. I'll be back!!!! Great experience

We had a wonderful stay at the Eagle Ridge Retreat. The condo is clean and spacious and stocked with everything you need. We loved having a welcome gift of treats and sparkling cider waiting for us. The complex has lovely pool and hot tubs and work out center. The management company was very helpful and responsive, although we had no issues that needed to be addressed during our stay. The only shortcoming of the condo I can think of is not enough seating in the family room area for the 8 guests that the unit otherwise accommodates so well. Manager's Comments: We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed the property, and thanks for the feedback! We'd love to host you on your next visit to Steamboat.
