Perfectly situated overlooking the 16th tee of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and the stunning Pacific Ocean, Each bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in, glass showers, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for all guests.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample storage and organizational space, and an oversized granite countertop perfect for meal prep. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a Queen sleeper sofa, making it a great option for families or groups. Enjoy the property's pool and spa area, as well as two full-sized tennis courts. You'll be within walking distance of the shopping and dining at Whaler's Village and the world-famous Kaanapali Beach, offering endless opportunities for entertainment and relaxation. Whaler's Village is a premier shopping and dining destination, featuring a variety of boutiques, restaurants, and cultural experiences. Kaanapali Beach is renowned for its pristine sands and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. Discover the beauty of nearby beaches like Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay, both offering excellent snorkeling and swimming opportunities. Kaanapali Royal requires guest registration upon arrival and a one-time $160 parking fee per vehicle. Only one vehicle per unit is permitted. A second vehicle may be allowed with prior approval and an additional $160 fee.

We provide concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.

This place was perfect! So clean and equipped with everything imaginable. It was so nice to have so much space for my family of 5. The view is insanely good. Pool was necer crowded. Right across the street from Whalers and the beach. We will be back!

The condo inside was amazing! Very clean, great space. Well taken care of. We did have some construction behind us that I wish we knew about and the road was really loud….but our family still enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property! Super clean and updated. Beautiful view and gorgeous Maui sunsets! The kitchen was well stocked. The washer/dryer in unit was super convenient. The beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, ice packs, and boogie board made our beach days so easy! They do have beach towels as well, but we brought our own. We left our sand toys for the next guests to enjoy as that was just about the only thing missing! The location is perfect…just a short walk or drive down the hill to the beach. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again next time!

Great property for two couples

We stayed here with another couple and this property was perfect. The kitchen is large, the bedrooms were comfortable and there’s plenty of room to hang out. The view is very nice, and everything was perfect.

Nice place in a great location

This was a beautiful condo within walking distance to Kaanapali Beach/Whalers Village. We really enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable. There were some issues with the appliances, but the property management team attended to them very quickly and we’re very communicative during our stay. It was great!

A Place in Paradise

Boy, did we ever choose a winner!!! This place is literally everything you could possibly want in a condo. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, wonderfully appointed (kitchen needs specifically), great location, amazing view, comfortable beds, drawers, cupboards, shelves, all that stuff. There was absolutely nothing that we lacked for. The management company was great to work with. We would select this place again in a New York, er, Maui minute!! I hope we CAN come back. To the owners I say, thank you for sharing this wonderful place.

Perfect home away from home!

My family of 5 (2 adults and our our 3 children college/high school age) absolutely loved this beautiful property! Check in was timely and easy, and upon entering we were greeted with the spectacular view of the well manicured golf course and the ocean in the near distance! WOW! The condo was very spacious, updated beautifully, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and made it easy to prepare our breakfasts before heading out to explore beautiful Maui! We loved how easy it was to walk down the short road along the golf course to cross over to Whaler's Village (great restaurants and shops) and the gorgeous Kaanapali beach (and so appreciated the nice beach chairs and coolers that were provided). We also loved having the upstairs room which was so comfortable with a great shower/bathroom and the girls had plenty of space downstairs. The large lanai was perfect for our morning coffee/breakfast and some gorgeous sunsets. We were so happy we found this beautiful property and hope to return again sometime!

Overall a nice experience and met expectations. We were told there was a water leak the day we were to check-in. Property management was on top of it and took care of it. Minor internet connectivity but soon resolved.

The view was lovely! Beds are comfortable. A very short walk to Whalers Village and Black Rock Beach. Overall, we had a great stay at the condo aside from the small hiccup with registering/paying for parking. The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevators. May not be ideal for anyone that has trouble walking or climbing stairs. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
