House Tilimba Sardinia Ogliastra spectacular sea view and unspoiled nature

The house is situated in a prestigious private residence (Residence Zinibiri), on a panoramic position on a hill, with privacy and a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. The residence is surrounded by Mediterranean bush and it is only 300 meters far from the sea.
The Home’s name comes from one of the trees symbol of the near Supramonte plateau: the Carob.
The house is set on two floors. On the ground floor there is a room with two single beds, a wardrobe and a door window with sea view and direct access to the garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with sea view, equipped with a wardrobe, 1 bathroom with washing machine and a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary equipment. From the kitchen-living room there is a porch overlooking the sea where you can have lunch and dinner. The house is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV and a private parking for two cars.
In the garden there are a barbecue and a stone shower.

Toller Ausblick von der Terrasse, Garten mit Grill, Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da keine Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Schöner Strand mit Bars, Liegen und Sonnenschirmen fußläufig erreichbar.

Traumurlaub

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal da und haben das Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten und dem spektakulären Meerblick einfach nur genossen…Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Elena war wie auch beim letzten Mal perfekt.Wir werden sicherlich auch noch einmal wiederkommen und können jedem das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Sardinien. Das Haus ist nahezu perfekt. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und auf die Berge von der Terrasse ist grandios. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll, modern und vollständig ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren in der Vorsaison da und hatten viele Strände in der Umgebung fast für uns alleine. Sogar der Pool war zur Freude unserer Kinder schon geöffnet. Der Garten ist praktisch für andere uneinsehbar. Die Vermieterin Elena war sehr nett und antwortete immer sofort, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und planen schon den nächsten Urlaub.

De très bonnes prestations en général, une maison perchée en haut des rochers, magnifique vue sur la mer, jardin très agréable, piscine tout près, mer soit avec rochers, soit avec plages, magnifique. Propreté assurée. Nous espérons revenir loger dans la maison d'Elena et de Filippo. Cordialement

Uitzonderlijk uitzicht

Ontbijten met uitzicht op de zee, een mooi zwembad met uitzicht op zee, twee heerlijke restaurants op 10 minuten loopafstand, een lekker rustig strand met strandtent op 5 minuten. Kortom een geweldige locatie voor een niet toeristische vakantie.

Mehr Erholung geht nicht

Wir waren in der Vorsaison in diesem wunderschönen Haus, so dass wir in der gesamten Anlage allein waren. Wir hörten nur das Meer rauschen und die Vögel zirpen. Eigentlich wollte man gar nicht ins Auto steigen, um auch mal was anderes zu sehen.....Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, aber es zieht einem so wie so nur auf die Terrasse bzw. in den Garten. Es ist gepflegt und sauber. Ein wenig gefehlt hat uns eine Heizung im Badezimmer, da es Mitte April morgens noch etwas kühl war, und die Heizung im Flur das Badezimmer nicht mit heizen konnte. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön, nur Meer und Berge. Ein Auto ist natürlich ein Muss, nach Tertenia fährt man eine halbe Stunde, die nächste Pizzeria ist knapp 10 Minuten entfernt "La Grotta", einfach aber gutes Essen (und liebenswerte einheimische Gäste, die uns sofort ansprachen)! Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen (über den oft schlechten WiFi-Empfang kann man hinweg sehen). Wir waren das erste Mal auf Sardinien, kommen aber auf jeden Fall wieder, da es wirklich eine "Trauminsel" ist. Und in der Vorsaison hat man wirklich den Strand für sich allein....Danke noch mal an Elena, die immer da war, wenn man eine Frage hatte!!!

Supersonnige Herbsttage auf Sardinien

Wir waren im Oktober in diesem schönen Ferienhaus! Die Sicht aufs Meer und auf die Berge ist einfach toll. Wir haben zwei Wanderungen gemacht mit, bei denen die Aussichten auf die Berg- und Küstenlandschaft sehr beeindruckend waren. Ansonsten locken auch im Oktober mit 23 Grad Wassertemperatur Strand und Meer. Wir waren jeden Tag schwimmen und haben fast jeden Tag einen neuen Strand "erorbert". Dafür muss man in Kauf nehmen, dass man mit dem Auto viel unterwegs ist. Da das Haus etwas höher liegt, überlegt man, ob man zu Fuß zum Strand Foxi Mannu geht oder schnell ins Auto steigt. Einkaufen kann man in Terternia, wo man alles bekommt. Dafür muss man über den Berg (13 km). Essen gehen ist im Oktober nicht so einfach, wir haben gekocht. Es lohnt sich, in die Berge zu fahren (Lanusei), tolle Aussicht. Genug geschwärmt. Wir hatten einen tollen, sonnigen Urlaub und haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit ansprechbar per sms oder whatsapp und sehr nett und hilfsbereich. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen!

Urlaub, September, 4Erwachsene

Eine schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Blick von der überdachten Terrasse ist atemberaubend und hat Fr uns sehr zur Entspannung beigetragen. Da das Grundstück nicht einsehbar ist, kann man auch wunderbar die Sonne und Ruhe auf den Sonnenliegen genießen. Die Gartenfusche sorgt für Erfrischung. Den Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen, da er geschlossen war. Zum Nachteil fanden wir die fehlende Tür im unteren Zimmer. Dadurch wurden die dort schlafenden Töchter direkt morgens früh geweckt, sobald in der Küche "geklappert" wurde. Auch eine größere Espressokanne für vier Personen wäre hilfreich. So war es etwas mühsam. Wir waren in der zweiten und dritten Septemberwoche dort. Außer uns war die Anlage bis auf zwei weiter Gäste leer und auch die umliegenden Unterkünfte waren fast alle unbelegt. Also ein sehr,sehr ruhiger Urlaub. Dafür auch ein relativ leerer Strand mit sehr langem, flachem Einstieg. Sicher ideal für kleine Kinder. Ein Auto ist absolutes Muss um alles wichtige zu erreichen. Der Weg von Haus zum Strand ist sehr steil und in ca 10-15 Minuten für Erwachsene zu gehen. Alles in Allem ein guter Urlaubsort um zu entspannen und Sonne und Natur zu genießen.

Erholung und Urlaub pur in diesem Haus

Wir haben lange nicht mehr solch eine tolle Unterkunft gefunden. Nahe am Strand, ruhig gelegen und das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Elena kümmert sich um alle Wünsche. Der Aussengrill ist für Kochliebhaber eine Wucht. Auch die Aussendusche ist toll für eine kleine Abkühlung. Der Blick ist fantastisch. Die Leute im nahen Tertenia sind gastfreundlich, und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren zu zweit insgesamt 5 Tage auf Sardinien (Tertenia). Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Ein Gemeinschaftspool ist vorhanden, welcher in unserer Zeit von anderen so gut wie nicht benutzt wurde, da wir außerhalb der Saison dort und wir somit fast alleine in der Anlage waren. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Mir persönlich gefiel am Besten, dass das Haus und das Grundstück so gelegen sind, dass keiner "einem auf den Teller schauen kann". Man ist schön für sich und kann super entspannen und die Sonne genießen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und spricht Englisch. Wir haben sie persönlich nicht kennen gelernt, jedoch mit ihr Kontakt über Email gehabt. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, hat sie immer sehr zügig geantwortet. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung und ein paar kleine Infos, die uns die Vermieterin gab, waren wirklich sehr hilfreich. Die Einrichtung bietet fast alles, was man braucht. Eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht, dafür aber einen kleinen Kaffeekocher, typisch für Italien. Ist aber ok, nur etwas aufwändiger. Gefehlt haben mir persönlich folgende Kleinigkeiten: Wasserkocher (ich bin Teetrinker), Klopapier, Handtücher für die Liegen, Auflagen für die Stühle auf der Terrasse, (falls man die Waschmaschine nutzen möchte, muss man selbst Waschmittel einkaufen), eine zweite Bettdecke (wenn man die Klimaanlage anmacht). Die genannten Dinge sind jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten, über die ich aufgrund des tollen Hauses und der Sonne hinweg sehen kann. Was man nicht machen sollte, ist, die Spülmaschine und den Herd gleichzeitig laufen zu lassen. Dann fliegt die Hauptsicherung raus, welche sich aber in der Anlage draußen befindet. Dieses Haus / Region ist wirklich etwas für Leute, die absolute Ruhe haben wollen. Ein Auto ist ein absolutes Muss. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Fast alle Geschäfte in der Umgebung haben vormittags bis 13 Uhr geöffnet und dann erst wieder ab 16:30 Uhr. Ein richtig großer Supermarkt, welcher durchgehend geöffnet hat (bis 20 Uhr) befindet sich in der nächst größeren Stadt Tortoli. Der Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto ca. 45 min. entfernt. Wir waren schon außerhalb der Saison auf Sardinien und die umliegenden Restaurants hatten bereits alle geschlossen. Um Abends essen zu gehen (ab September) müsste man nach Tortoli fahren. Schöne Strände gibt es in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Das Haus sowie die Region kann ich nur empfehlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Tranquillitá e Relax !

Siamo stati molto bene nel bell´appartamento di Elena con la favolosa terrazza con vista panoramica. I Bambini hanno giocato tantissimo nel giardino e si sono subito sentiti a loro agio. Anche la spiaggia di Foxi Manna é stata ideale per i bimbi. Mare bellissimo. Da ritornarci presto ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Elenas Appartment mit toller Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Kinder haben sehr viel im Garten gespielt und haben sich total wohl gefühlt. Auch der Strand von Foxi Manna war ideal für die Kinder und das Meer wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ogliastra is one of the wildest and least contaminated by mass tourism zones of Sardinia, a succession of charming villages and breathtaking natural views.
Coastline alternating stretches of fine sand to dizzying cliffs, spectacular bays and endless beaches. The variety of proposals for this area allows you to meet all the needs. It is possible to spend days on the beautiful and sunny beaches, or spend days hiking in the green forests and mountains on which small villages stand still, everything in less than twenty minutes away by car. You can start directly from the house for excursions in Mountain Biking or Trekking. What is fascinating is the variety of landscape truly unique.
The creeks, the loops and the tiny rocky fjords which hide small caves and beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, they enchant and represent one of the most beautiful natural wonder of Europe.
