Luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in gated community. Prime location! Only 10 minutes away from Tamarindo or Playa Conchal and 15 from Flamingo Bay. The condo was recently built, fully equipped kitchen, cable, Internet and A/C in each room. Washer and dryer are also in the unit. Don't feel like driving to the beach? You can always relax by the one of the pools in the complex (4 total) and grill some food in the BBQ area. Outdoor gym. Free parking within the gated area and 24/7 security.

Great place for a break

This is a very nicely appointed condo. It even has a washer and dryer, which we’ve sorely missed during our two-week stay in Costa Rica. We’re at the end of our vacation so this place gave us a chance to regroup, repack, and get ready for the trip back home.

Nice condo, you have everything you need, completely equipped. I recommended it 100% Close to several beaches and supermarkets. Check out time is a bit early though.
