NEW Lake James, Indiana Waterfront Rental

Brand new First Basin Lake James rental located in Steuben County, Indiana on the most sought after chain of lakes in the State! Home was just completed in May of 2019 and features 4 large bedrooms with 4 full baths. Sleeps 14-16 people and everything is brand new from the linens to the furniture. This is a completely new home. Pontoon boat is available upon request for rental. Summer prime which is June and July I only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings.

Serene Setting for Wedding Guests

My family and I had a beautiful stay in this property at Lake James. The owners were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed renting the boat for the week. It was just the place for the fun, peaceful week we needed. Would love to stay again!

Perfect Family Getaway

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house hasn't aged at all since our last stay 2 years ago. The new owners Cal & Laura were so accommodating and went out of their way to help us out with the boat rental. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Trine homecoming.

Our third time staying in this house. Very nice and great location. We had one small problem with the dishwasher and the owner was very nice and had it fixed very fast! We will definitely stay there again.
