Air-conditioned house located on the Arcachon basin in Arès, 2 km from Lege Cap Ferret, 750 m from the oyster port of Arès (10 min on foot), 600 m from the center (7 min on foot).
The house is 82 m², air-conditioned with 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140x200 and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds: 4 beds (90x200). It is located on the land of the owners (not overlooked).
Please note: the 2 upper beds are intended for children aged 6 or over.
Possibility of loan of a cot, a high chair.
Ideal for 2 families (8 beds).
If there is a young child, the accommodation can accommodate 9 people (with the travel cot, available on site).
1 bathroom with 1 shower, 1 bathtub and a washbasin (double washbasin).
24 m² terrace (with outdoor table and chairs, parasol and charcoal BBQ).

Cleaning is included in the price.

Sheets are offered at an additional cost of 15 euros per double sheet (fitted sheet, sheet and pillowcase) and 10 euros per single sheet (fitted sheet, sheet and pillowcase) for the stay.

We do not provide bathroom linen, we provide hand and dish towels as well as bath mats.

If you have an electric car, it will be possible to charge from a conventional socket (we will charge at the cost price of electricity).
