Logement très propre, plus spacieux que ce que laissent présager les photos. Propriétaires vivant à proximité, très réactifs de la réservation à la remise des clefs, qui s'est faite à l'heure dite. La vue océan est le vrai atout du logement, qui permet d'admirer le coucher de soleil, et de voir le drapeau des sauveteurs et même l'état des vagues en fonction de la marée. Très rare sur le littoral aquitain. Au cœur de la station du Penon, on a de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité.La supérette au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble, qui ouvre tot et ferme tard, est un vrai plus pour l'intendance des aperos et petits déjeuners. Seuls bémols : la difficulté à se garer près de l'immeuble et le caractère bruyant du quartier , en raison notamment de la boîte de nuit située en face et dont la clientèle est fort peu discrète.

Chouette endroit, pas "top" au niveau bruit

L'endroit est très chouette. Il comporte toutefois un inconvénient majeur: Le bruit en provenance de la discothèque qui se situe juste en face de l'unique fenêtre du logement. Le bruit aux alentours dure parfois jusqu'à 6h du matin. Nous ne retournerons plus dans ce quartier à cause de cet inconvénient.
