Uva Uva is an off-the-grid eco-retreat that floats above our vineyard, located in the quaint foothills of San Antonio de las Minas in the famed Valle de Guadalupe. We offer four luxurious eco-cabins. The concept was to blend rustic, modern, and industrial materials which has nicely come together in a unique ‘rustic luxe’ design. Most all of the materials were locally milled, produced, and purchased. We wanted to honor the beautiful, untouched desert landscape.
