This Pagosa Springs home is wonderful for a party of five. We sat out back and watched summer thunderstorms, and we were able to quickly get downtown on foot along the San Juan River Walk. On this walk, we were able to see hot springs, cool birds, and the lovely river. The accommodations were roomy, clean, and comfortable.

Nice place

House was perfect for our two families. Lots of space to sit and relax. Kitchen was fully stocked and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for Spring Break!

Had a wonderful spring break ski trip in March for family of four with golden retriever! Townhome was great! Convenient location (just a minute from the hot springs!). Communication with mgmt was excellent and loved the place. Will stay again next time we are in town!

Ski Trip Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice stay with plenty of room. Loved the radiant heat. It was nice being able to drive or walk into town to eat or visit the hot springs. Highly recommend.
