This accommodation offers the possibility of spending a holiday without a car.
It is close to the beaches (500m) and their surf schools, shops (400m), the forest (500m).
At the end of the street is:
.On one side, the cycle track, velodyssey, ideal for beautiful walks.
. on the other, the Courant, well known to fishermen and families with young children (beach without waves and nautical stop)

5 km away is Lake Mimizan-Aureilhan where you can practice canoeing, pedal boats, kayaking, Hawaiian canoe ... and a magnificent flowery promenade.

The apartment is located in a large house divided into 3. It is a quiet residential area.
The accommodation is 45 m² and can accommodate up to 5 people (2 adults maximum). It is composed of two bedrooms, an open-plan fitted kitchen with dining and living area, a bathroom, toilet, a garden with a terrace.

Beach games for children can be made available, as well as baby equipment (high chair, bath, bed, deckchair), subject to availability.

Child and adult bikes can be rented.

Rentals are made during the season (July August) from Saturday to Saturday.

Machine à laver tombée en panne avec linge à l’intérieur au milieu du séjour. Intervention du propriétaire après 3 jours pour changer la machine et petits cadeaux offerts en dédommagement : bravo et merci M. GAY. Un point particulièrement négatif : le logement, situé en rez de chaussée d’une maison, est surplombé par une terrasse qui couvre la totalité du logement bruits voisinage : chaises et meubles déplacés, courses d’enfants… il serait opportun de realiser des travaux d’isolation phonique si possible ou en tout cas, informer les familles logeant au dessus de la présence de locataires au RdC.

Ruhige Lage, nette Ferienwohnung jedoch starker Schimmelgeruch vor allem im Kinderzimmer. Der Schimmelgeruch war in den Schränken am stärksten, dort wurden auch Kissen und Decken gelagert. Diese waren aufgrund des Geruchs nicht benutzbar.

Herrlich!

Sehr entspannter Urlaub in der Vorsaison. Das Haus liegt ruhig, der Garten hinten ist ohne Einsicht durch die Straße. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit vielen Geräten. Sehr nette Nachbarn. Die Terrasse ist durch den Sonnenschirm geschützt und bietet viel Platz. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels und die Abreise waren schnell und unkompliziert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist herzlich, es wurde ein Ankunftspaket zusammengestellt mit freundlichen Wünschen für einen schönen Urlaub. Danke dafür :) . Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderbar!

Die Wohnung im hinteren Teil eines Hauses war perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Den Garten mit dem großen Sonnenschirm und den Liegen haben wir gern genutzt wie auch den Grill. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, nicht weit weg vom Strand, direkt am Fahrradweg, in 10 min ist man zu Fuss im Ort, dadurch ist es schön ruhig. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur vor Ort war einfach und sehr angenehm. Wir bedanken uns bei Vanessa und Eric, die uns bei Anfragen sehr entgegen gekommen sind, für eine tolle Zeit!

Petit paradis un peu vintage landais

Génial endroit un peu isolé à l’arrière d’une maison. Mignon tout plein, carrelages et fenêtres vintage très jolis Literie exceptionnelle, cuisine et salle de bains neuve (hormis douche et lave linge très vétustes mais le propriétaire refait au fur et à mesure du temps) tout étant tout à fait fonctionnel malgré la vétusté Merci ! Superbe!

Wunderbare Umgebung und super Lage

Das Haus liegt von Ocean 10 min. entfernt. Bis Promenade Mimizan 12 min.. Große Lebensmittel Geschichte (Lidl, Aldi, E.Leclarc) waren auch in der Nähe. Verschiedene Plage haben wir ausprobiert. Sind alle super. Sehr freundliche Nachbarschaft und natürlich die Gastgeber auch. Für uns 2 haben wir mehr, als genug Platz in der Wohnung gehabt. Sonst für Familie mit 2 Kinder passt perfekt. Terrasse ist groß und da kann man grillen. Gril ist dabei. Die Wohnung war sauber und liebevoll ausgerichtet. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank Vanessa, Eric und Natalie

Excellent séjour à Mimizan

Très belle appart.bien isolé du reste de la maison, terrasse bien orientée et bien équipée. Appartement propre et très bien équipé. La plage et le centre ville à 10mn à pied, pistes cyclables à 30 secondes. Très beau séjour. A refaire.

maison fonctionnelle , dans un quartier très calme,équipement complet ,vaisselle de qualité,petit mot d'acceuil sympa de Mr Gay le propriétaire . Description précise et équipement de jardin plus beau et récent que sur les photos les plages sont à une dizaine de minutes à pied et les ballades possibles sur les pistes cyclables à 50 m de la maison

Petite maison agréable

Description conforme à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. L'emplacement est idéal pour tout faire à pieds, plage, centre ville... Lave linge et lave vaisselle sont un vrai plus. Belle terrasse avec du mobilier de qualité.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable mais quelques points sont à améliorer: -ménage approximatif des précédents occupants -lames de parquet dans la chambre parentale très abimées voir cassées et literie de qualité moyenne -douchette vétuste

Logement calme, bien situé et très bien équipé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants de 8 mois et 2 ans et demi. Nous avons tout fait à pieds pendant nos 15 jours : plage (10 min à pied, via la piste cyclable qui est juste à côté de la maison) , balades et courses dans le centre (15 min à pied). Les rares fois où nois avons pris la voiture, nois avons apprécié de pouvoir nous garer facilement dans la rue à notre retour. Le logement est très bien équipé, il y avait même des couverts pour enfants, des jeux et on nous a prêté un lit parapluie et un transat. Et petite cerise sur le gâteau, l'accueil est excellent! Merci pour ce séjour réussi!
