Quiet street with permanent and free parking possible. 2nd gate at the bottom of the garden to enter three cars (invisible from the garden).
Adjoining promenade park (direct access for walking or jogging or cycling - 3 touring bikes + children's bikes available) along the Landes Canal and the marina.
Accessible on foot or by bike: tennis, beaches, water sports, oyster ports, cycle track, leisure park for all ages (http: // www. Gujanmestrasbassindesloisirs. Com), restaurants, clubs, oyster tastings. Golf at 5 km.
