Beautiful view, cozy home
The view from the home is stunning! The house is very cozy and plenty of beds. The front door sticks would suggest fixing that. Overall great place to stay in the area.

Melody, thank you for the review. We are so glad you enjoyed the stunning view from the home. Thank you for letting us know the front door needs some TLC. The local staff will be happy to fix that. Thank you for choosing Vacasa, we hope you will when you book your next getaway.
Property was as advertised and slept 6 adults very well. The decor is dated but it was excellent for a ski condo. I would recommend it again.

Look before you rent
This unit had beautiful trees and mountains around it. There are lots of windows. However, take a closer look to see whether this older unit has refinished cabinets, tables and floors in kitchen and dining rooms. If you want a fire then bring your own wood. Property has lots of steps so families with elderly folks or children beware. One bedroom is next to garage on lower level with no access to a bathroom except one floor up and a shower two floors up.

"Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your recent stay, Phyllis. I’m delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful trees and mountains surrounding the unit, as well as the abundance of windows that let in natural light.
I appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the condition of the cabinets, tables, and floors. We strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests, and your insights will help us identify areas for improvement.
I also understand your concerns about the accessibility of the bathrooms and the number of steps in the property. We want to ensure that all our guests, including families with elderly members or young children, have a pleasant experience. Your feedback is invaluable, and I will pass it along to our management team for consideration.
Thank you again for your comments, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an even better experience."

Nice family getaway
We had plenty of room for three couples and a kid. We cooked, played games, sat out on the porch in the sun, sat in by the fire when it rained, and never ran short on bathrooms! We walked down to the park on multiple occasions and hiked on the nearby trail. And the house was very convenient for excursions into Vail, the neighboring towns, and even areas like Copper Mountain, Silverthorne, and Leadville. The only real downsides were the noise from construction at some neighboring properties and small tidiness issues (e.g., one of the bathroom sinks needed Drano, we dealt with fruit flies throughout the week, there were some cobwebs on the tall ceilings). But we would be happy to stay there again.

Outdated and Junky
First, the property itself. The unit has been minimally maintained for years. The shower in the jack and jill bathroom is covered in mold. Don't look closely at the baseboards or anywhere a quick vacuum would miss. One of the bedroom closets was completely unusable because several old and musty queen size foam mattress pads were piled in there, preventing closet doors from opening. The bookshelf is full of books, knick knacks and games with missing pieces collecting dust. Laundry room brimming with even more stuff. I am used to an owner's closet, for sure, but not personal items spilling out into the rest of the home.
Finally, cookware is a known issue at every rental. This one was exceptionally poor. We tried to make some frozen pizzas. No oven mitts. We tried to make pancakes and the pans were so scratched and all non stick coating gone. There were very few spatulas and other cooking utensils and the ones that were there were partially melted, broken, bent, etc. Do not plan to make yourself anything more than a bowl of cereal in this house!
Now, on to vacasa, the property manager, who called at 3:47 PM to inform us our 4 PM check in time would not be possible and we should stall until 6 PM. They were behind schedule with cleaning, which should have been obvious much earlier in the day. I insisted they offer some accommodation and they did reimburse a portion of our dinner that evening as we waited to check in. I had to call about 4 times to have this taken care of.

Kathryn, we are disappointed you experienced issues that detracted from your stay. Our local manager assured us that they have addressed housekeeping about the cleanliness issues and will inventory the kitchen supplies to assess what is needed. Additionally, they shared your comments about personal items with the homeowner and appreciate your feedback as an opportunity to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.

Lovely home
Enjoyed staying in this home. There were many lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. It was well equipped and near the free bus to get to the slopes. If you are driving, be warned that the driveway is not plowed often.

Lots of room to relax!
We rented Manns Ranch A for the Vail Lacrosse Tournament. The condo had plenty of room for my husband and I, our two teens and my parents. An unexpected bonus, several of our son's games were at the Vail Mountain School, which was walking distance away. The Booth Falls trailhead was also a ten minute walk from our front door. Bus stop, 5 minute walk. We would absolutely stay here again, summer or winter!
Perfect home for group or family trip. It was spacious, had a well stocked kitchen, great views from the deck and close to hiking trails and tennis courts. Decor could be updated, but all in good repair with new appliances in kitchen. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because of cobwebs on high ceilings. Bathrooms, floors, bedding, kitchen and rest of home perfectly cleaned. We had an issue with front door not opening upon check-in and they were quick to respond and repair. Would definitely stay here again!
This home provided a lovely ski vacation. It's very well appointed! It appears we surprised the folks cleaning the house when we showed up right at check-in time, as they were still there, and I did have to do a tiny bit of clean-up myself of stuck on food on tables/counters. I hardly think we can fault the house owners for that, though. We accidentally left our toddler's potty there! Sorry about that; hope it's useful for other visitors.
Four guys stayed there on our annual Colorado golf trip. It is a great location. Convenient to the highway and many golf courses. Plenty of space for the four of us.
