Hello,

I offer for rent my 80m² duplex apartment located in Méribel 1600 in the Le Lac Noir building, 4 rooms, 6-7 people.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2014 and has the 3-star Méribel label.

You will appreciate its comfort, its contemporary decoration, its high-end equipment, the proximity of shops and bus stop (50 meters), access to the Morel chairlift 200 meters and a 5-minute walk from the center. It has a splendid unobstructed view of Tougnette, Roc de Fer and the valley, a south-west facing balcony, private parking, a ski locker.

At the first level:
- A kitchen open to living room with 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge
- A large room with dining area (10 seats) and a lounge area with fireplace, TV, WiFi.
- Two bedrooms each with a 160x190 bed
- A bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate toilet

Upstairs :
- Unsecured staircase
- A bedroom open to the living room with a 140x190 bed
- A 140x190 bed under slope for an adult or two children - A bathroom with shower and WC
- A washing machine and dryer. Household linen is provided.
Possibility of hiring from Sunday to Sunday if availability.

Ski break

Modern, well thought out apartment with great bathrooms , comfy beds , quality linen and great balcony . The kitchen was fine if there was maybe too much crockery in the cupboards . Overall , as good if not better than the listing Easy access for skiing

Amazing apartment. Great layout and beautiful

The apartment is just as it looks on the pictures, very modern and stylish, while being finished to a very high standard. The double bed in the hole in the wall is small and not ideal but once your eyes are shut it doesn’t overly matter. I would say this property is not suitable for young children as the staircase is open, but for a group of adults / couples it is ideal! Plenty of communal space too! Ski room is next to the flat but is a very basic cupboard. There are a few restaurants and shops a 1 minute walk away and the main town is 15minutes walk away (down the hill). The nearest lift is a 3 minute walk down the hill and that’s the same place you ski to at the end of the day. Beds are very very comfy, a fully equipped kitchen, with immaculate bathrooms. I would certainly recommend this place! Lovely views of the mountain too!

Wonderful Stay in the Most Charming of the 3 Valleys

I have mostly superlatives to say about this truly excellent apartement at Meribel. I have some small criticisms and some elaborations on my impressions of the space from an American's perspective First, the pro's: -Beautiful, modern, new, upscale apartment. New high end appliances in the small but efficient and useable kitchen. - Gorgeous views across the Meribel valley, no pics that do it justice. Makes you feel like its worth it when you walk in! - Great location. Need elaboration though for those that aren't familiar with Meribel. The apartment is in a multi-story "chalet" style building set back 50 meters from the serpentine road that winds its way up the side of the valley. Its a short 190m walk (downhill) to the Sorel lift, a small free chair lift (telesiege) a narrow blue trail runs down to the bottom (we had just enough snow to use this trail after the first day) Its an even shorter walk up the hill to the Meribel 1600m free shuttle stop which you will use to go to the main lifts and shopping, olympic center, etc. At the bus stop there is a Sherpa (nice grocery), and three restaurants, an indian, pizza/french and classic french restaurant. All are very nice. Apartment size/Layout (some cons) The apartment is somewhat small by American standards, but not at all uncomfortable for us Just realize that in France all accommodations will seem somewhat petite. There are 2 cozy bedrooms with ample storage but not a lot of room to walk around. each has a bed for 2,id say between a full and a queen size to an American. Upstairs (modernistic but not super safe stair with no rail (not childproof) is the upper level that is not closed off to the ground, Its somewhere between a loft and an upper floor. there is one bed for two at the end, glass enclosed, overlooking the living room, and a sleeping nook.in the middle and a bathroom with washing machine at the other end. you can hear whats going on up there and from below. You have a two story walk up from the entrance, which is wide but is very slippery with ski boots on, especially when the tile gets wet. I brought my skis down (from the ski closet on our floor) separately then put boots on and walked down. Thats it. We had a magical stay. Pro tips: *Rent from Chamois sports next door. They are a friendly mom and pop (literally) store. Save on effort schlepping skis around. There are other more sophisticated shops down below. (We used Prosneige for a challenging boot fitting) * Get Opinel knives a souveniers at Sherpa. Sherpa has nice pastires too. Would stay again!

An amazing stay

We had an amazing stay. Our host was super keeping us up to date re how to collect keys, nearby lifts etc. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Warm cosy apartment full if atmosphere and super convenient to lifts and restaurants. Can’t praise it enough. Thank you so much
