Pleasant 25 m² studio in a quiet area with private courtyard near the Halles de Merville and the center which can accommodate 2 people. The separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a complete set of dishes. The main room includes a wardrobe, cupboards, a desk and a BZ sofa bed with coffee table. The bedding is new and of quality. Bed linen and towels are included. Wifi + TV available. Easy and free parking on the street.
