Ruhige Lage, gut für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen

Der Bauernhof mit Pferdezucht liegt nur wenige Kilometer von Marina di Grosseto entfernt und direkt an einem neu ausgebauten Radweg, sowohl ins Landesinnere als auch zum Meer gute Erreichbarkeit. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig hat aber keine zwei Schlafzimmer sondern 1 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Beistellbett,durch welches man durchläuft wenn man das Schlafzimmer, Bad oder Küche erreichen möchte. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne, keine Dusche. Mich persönlich hat das nicht gestört. Es gibt sehr wenige Steckdosen, wir hatten Mehrfachstecker dabei. Die Küche ist einfach aber funktionell. Es gibt im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage, aber keine im Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung liegt im 2.stock, der Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit kann genutzt werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Landgut mit Pferdeliebhabern in Strandnähe

Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten zum feinen Sandstrand von Marina DEI Grosseto. Dort gibt es das beste Eis von Italien in der Chicceria. Von Grosseto Bahnhof Super-Verbindung z. B. nach Rom oder z.B. Pisa. . Die Wohnung ist geräumig und o.k. Einzig die Stühle sowie Schlafcouch und Zustellbett haben schon die beste Zeit hinter sich. Die Vermieter sind super nett und man wohnt dort sicher. Parkplatz sicher direkt am Haus.

Bitte an alle,… mit viel Respekt,…bucht diese Unterkunft nicht. Es gibt wirklich keine passende Worte für diese Unterkunft,.. Katzen streunen überall, Haus im schlechten Zustand,..Fahrräder die angeboten werden sind nicht im guten Zustand, Bett eines vorhanden,..der Rest ausziehbare Sofas,..sprich, man darf nicht über 1,65m Körpergrösse haben,.. sonst kann man direkt noch den Arzt buchen. Keine Stühle auf sehr kleinem Balkon, zuletzt die Umgebung ist mehr als heruntergekommen. Fotos stimmen im Angebot nicht,.. sieht alles wesentlich freundlicher und sauberer aus, als es ist. Wir haben diesen Ort verlassen und mussten in der Nacht ein Hotel buchen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sie sind auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen und haben uns viele Tipps gegeben . Die Wohnung war super schön und gut aufgeteilt für 4 Personen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem nichts auszusetzen!

Schöne und entspannende Zeit

Eine schöne und solide Unterkunft mit einem sehr netten und herzlichen Gastgeber! Die Wohnung war in einem Landhaus im 2ten Stock, wir haben uns aber schnell daran gewöhnt! Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es gibt auch einen Garten der für Gäste gedacht ist!

Im Großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Eine Beschilderung an der Hauptstraße wäre sehr gut. Das Bad sollte renoviert werden. Die Leute sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist sehr schön.

Perfekt

Schöne , saubere Unterkunft mit ganz herzlichen bemuehten Vermietern. Perfekt für Urlauber die nicht Mitten im Trubel wohnen möchten. Die Leihraeder wurden fleißig genutzt zum Erkunden und um an den Strand zu fahren. Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem Radweg. Wir versuchen wieder dort einen Urlaub zu machen. Herzlichen Dank an Domenico und Marta, hoffentlich bis demnächst.

Schön ruhig und ländlich.

Es war schön ruhig uns ländlich. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, Sie haben sich stehst erkundigt ob es uns gut geht und wir alles haben was wir brauchen. Das Haus ist schön "toskanisch" eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Was dort allerdings fehlt ist eine richtige Filterkaffemaschine die wir hier in Deutschland auch benutzen. Aber es war auch so OK. Wir werden wieder kommen.
