About this property

CHARMING STUDIO with WIFI.

Nice studio for 4 people with convertible bed two people 140 × 190cm and two bunk beds 90 × 190cm. Located at the foot of cross-country ski trails 130 km, pedestrian paths, shops, ski shuttle to the resorts of Val Cenis and Bonneval 10 to 15 minutes. Trail for beginners and children in Bessans. Peaceful family mountain village with beautiful landscapes.

You must bring your sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase and bolster.

Off-ski activities: Outdoor skating rink, dog sledding, carriage rides, footpaths, and snowshoeing, ice climbing, Afghan walking, massage hut, biathlon.

Shops: Bakery, butcher, cheese shop, sherpa food shop, Le Pontet catering, newspaper shop, post office, restaurants, ski rental.

Transport: Shuttle Modane Station

No smoker no animals.

Thank you for not walking in shoes in the new parquet floor apartment but also for the tranquility of the neighbors.

Local ski and ski boots it is strictly forbidden to walk in public and private areas with ski boots.

A check deposit of 350 euros (damage) will be requested upon arrival and another 70 euros (cleaning). They will be cashed only in case of damage and in case of cleaning not properly done.

Logement bien, propre, un peu petit pour 4 personnes pour un long séjour. Dommage de ne jamais avoir rencontré la propriétaire du logement. Les principaux commerces sont à proximité ce qui est un plus.
