Villa with private pool in Moirans, near mountains and lakes, sleeps 4

The house, 100 m2, is located on the slopes of Moirans, 15 min walk from the village, 10 min from Voiron, 30 min from Grenoble and 10 min from the train station by car. The lakes (paladru, romagnieux ...) and winter sports resorts (snowshoeing, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding ...) are accessible in 45 minutes from the Chartreuse, Vercors and Belledone massifs , which also offer beautiful hikes and walks.
The house is located on a plot of 750 m2, in a quiet subdivision, with parking, view of the Vercors, terrace and private swimming pool (8m / 4m unheated) at your disposal. It is spread over two half-levels. The ground floor (40m2) consists of an open fitted kitchen (with various utensils (raclette, fondue, pancake ...), a living room with 2 3-seater sofas (not convertible), a fireplace and a bay window for access to the terrace and the swimming pool. On the first level are 2 bedrooms (140 cm bed, TV, and desk for each), a bathroom (double sink and Italian shower), a separate toilet. A baby bath, a travel cot and a pushchair are available. The second level is equipped with a bedroom with a king size bed (160, firm mattress) and also with a TV. All bedrooms are equipped with free space in the cupboards (shelves / wardrobe) and mosquito nets on the windows. For your comfort, all the shutters are electric. A washing machine is at your disposal for stays from 7 nights. Wifi internet access and board games.

Depending on the season: swimming pool, barbecue, rest, water activities, walks, hikes, skiing ... numerous visits and discoveries in the surrounding area (various flyers from the tourist office for you).
We wish to avoid the presence of animals because a cat is in the garden, but does not enter the house (due to allergy).
For the respect of the neighborhood parties are not allowed, and we ask you to avoid noise after 10 p.m.
The house must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived. On request cleaning can be done by the host up to € 60.

Minimum reservation 2 nights from September to June

Weekend rental outside school holidays:
arrived on Friday from 6.30 p.m. departure on Sunday at 11 a.m.

School holidays and bridges (public holidays):
Arrived from 3 p.m. and departure at 11 a.m.
- The swimming pool is under the total responsibility of the tenant. He must ensure the safety of people and the prevention of accidents (do not run on terraces, slippery floors). The costs of any incidents will be at his expense.
- The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm in accordance with the regulations; Disabling it outside swimming is strictly prohibited by law.
- Tenants must be insured in the event of a claim, the costs of degradation, deterioration, accident and incident are the sole responsibility of the tenant;
The coffee maker works with Nespresso capsules; charcoal is provided for your first barbecue.
