Very nice apartment 3 rooms (completely renovated) located on the second floor with elevator of the residence Ecrin des Neiges Vars Les Claux less than 150m from the slopes. Point Show area with shops, cinema, ski school, kindergarten, Living room with kitchen area equipped with hotplates, dishwasher and combined microwave oven. Sofa. 2 bedrooms with double bed 140, A bathroom with bathtub. A shower room 1 w. Separate c Large balcony. West exposure. Parking in the basement with lift access. Ski locker. Deposit of 800 € + 60 € of household deposit. Tourist tax: 1 € per person and per day. Sheets not provided, possibility of hiring with the conciergerie as well as other services. No pets, electricity and heating included.

Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et la communication est bonne. L'appartement est bien situé à 5 mins à pieds des pistes. L'appartement était propre est en bon état. Pensez à bien vous organiser pour l'arrivée.

L'appartement est confortable et bénéficie de deux salles de bain ce qui est fort appréciable. L'emplacement est idéal et le cadre est exceptionnel. Le parking privatif est un plus. Tous les services sont à proximité.

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel et bien situé.
L'appartement a été refait à neuf, très bien entretenu avec des rangements.
Le parking souterrain est appréciable, il suffit de faire 100 m à pied pour accéder aux pistes.
Tous les jeudi soir pendant les vacances scolaires, le feu d'artifice est tiré face au balcon de l'appartement.
Petit plus très appréciable la concierge prends les commandes de pain et viennoiseries pour être livré le lendemain à l'accueil.
Un séjour parfait !
